What a ride!!!!

Awesome experience. The boat was very nice and the ride was so beautiful. The captain gave great context about the area - very interesting. Mike was a fountain of knowledge and cool to talk to. Marina was a great bartender and made the trip even more fun. I highly recommend this experience to get a great feel for the lake and see the most beautiful sunsets ever.

    Worth it
We booked this kinda last minute and it was amazing! Totally totally worth it. Not as expensive as hiring a private boat, but not cheap either (110 per adult and 65 for kids above 3). There is free champagne on board and half off other drinks. We took the emerald bay sunset cruise which took us to the emerald bay, close to Vikingsholm mansion and Fennett island. Saw a wild bear chilling on the shores and a bald eagle. Seeing those on the wild was pretty cool (kinda like a bonus). Also seeing the Lake Tahoe from the water itself with the landscape surrounding you is a whole different experience. There is a lower deck area that is closed off, so I feel certainly a better option for people who cannot stand the icy winter temp (that they have no escape from in a boat).
