Splitsville Luxury Lanes was a fun, exciting, and all around good time for the entire family. We rented two bowling lanes and had food served right at our lanes. Casual dining while bowling proved to be a great time for all. The food is very good and a good selection, so there was something for everyone. The wait staff was attentive and our drinks never ran empty. Shoe rental is required if you are going to bowl. There is separate dining if you just want a good meal and no bowling. This was the first time my granddaughters ever bowled and they had a blast, as did all the adults in our party. Food prices are moderate, but competitive with the other food facilities at Downtown Disney. If you get there between 5:30 - 6:00 PM, you can pretty much walk up and request a table. After that, it may be a 45 min wait. Reservations are encouraged as Downtown Disney restaurants do get busy. If you're in Downtown Disney, give Splitsville a try. You won't be disappointed.See more..

If you are looking for German beer, this is the place to go. My favorite by far is Anno which is considered a Marzen. It has good flavor and a great malty taste. I also enjoy the Andech's light lagers and Zwick'l unfiltered lagers. Food is all German style sausage and pretzels.This is a family owned business and the staff are all friendly. We were supposed to hike the Fisherman's Trail, but the road up to the trailhead was closed. Instead, we hiked the Cutler Canyon Fire Road which merged into the Pine Ridge Fire Road and then turned into the West Ridge Trail. Most of the hike was desolate with lots of charred trees. Eventually, we were rewarded with beautiful views of Castaic Lake. You will enjoy lots of peace and quiet. We saw only 5 other people during our two-hour hike. The hike is moderate, in that you are on paths suitable for bikes, but there is a fair amount of elevation change as you travel along the roads. It costs $12 per car to enter the park for hiking visitors (boating costs more).See more..
