    - Some good Mexican on the way to the airport
Spent More than 3 hours Dance Clubs & Discos
We were looking for some Mexican for lunch prior to boarding our plane to go home. Located this on line and decided to give it a try. It was very popular for a Sunday a.m. Bar area filled with locals, watching the games and enjoying each other’s company. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Food was better than average so we were very satisfied. The chips and salsa were fresh and appeared home made. We had the posole, enchilada and a chicken tostado. So much food we could not finish. Noticed they offered a brunch menu on Saturday & Sunday which included a glass of champagne. Full bar, margaritas looked tasty but it was to early for me to give one a try, though I know it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. So, if you want some better than average Mexican food on the way to the airport which is fairly priced, give it a try. See more..
  3. 4.0 The Historic BAL Theatre (1 review)
    - A concert on a whim

    The Historic BAL Theatre image
This was my first time here as I have never been inside and it is a beautiful historic theatre. We came here on a whim as a friend wanted to see Kalimba, the tribute band for Earth, Wind and Fire and I happened to see discount tickets on Goldstar for half price and bought the last 4! Then with yelp check in I got a free small popcorn. So we were excited to come to this theatre and it's pretty large and roomy. The group that was performing had their vehicle break down so they had arrived at the performance time so then the actual performance didn't start til an hour later than scheduled as they had to change into their costumes. The music was good, acoustics wise but it's just that we had arrived at 7:30 before the 8 pm show, then the show didn't start til 9 and was still going on at 10:30 pm and we were tired. The theatre apologized for the inconvenience and offered free show the following Saturday at this venue with our tickets. People were dancing near the stage and having fun. I would come back to see another headliner. See more..

  5. 5.0 Club 80's Bar And Grill (1 review)
    - Great retro fun
    Friday: 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM Bars & Clubs • Dance Clubs & Discos
Club 80's Bar And Grill image
I can't imagine this place ever going out of business. For those of you who partied it up in the 80's, this place will take you back and bring back memories, and for those of you who were born in the 80's, well... this is your chance to see what your parents were doing when they made you lol. Dress the part too if you can. This bar features a large dance floor, two bars on each end, an outside patio for smoking, retro arcade gaming, and a stage. Although it gets busy, it does not get packed to the point where it's a hassle to get a drink because you can't get the attention of the bar tender. Their drink menu consists of 80's pop culture theme drinks, such as the "Pac-man", "Madonna", "Depeche Mode", "Smooth Operator", Ghostbusters", among others. The walls are decorated with some of 80's prominent artists, combined with some neon lights, it gives this place a nice retro ambiance. There was a $10 cover fee but that's because there was a live band playing that night, which was worth it, Otherwise there is no cover. Highly recommended it follow me and my adventures @Sin_Aguayo fb: Sin Aguayo See more..
