I only make it to the US very rarely. When I do, my adult daughters and I always make sure we go play some mini golf. It has been years since I visited a mini golf place that was as nice, well maintained, and appealing as Golf 'n Stuff. It was a weekday so there were not many people around, but the course was safe and very clean. The water was clear and didn't smell bad, nor smell of bleach-just smelled like water. The arcade seemed clean and everything was in working order- we didn't play anything, but maybe next time. Across the parking lot were the 'n Stuff activities but it didn't seem to have anybody there. we didn't try to do anything there, just an observation. Three of us golfed, I used my military discount and we paid 13.00 each. The staff at the front desk was very efficient and friendly, both as we started and as we returned our clubs at the end. I found this place on the internet. I was pushing it a little with a four year old and a six year old. The four year old was just over the 40" mark so he could do the rookie go karts. That made the day. The two of them rode the karts at least five times. We also played golf. They played at least two courses. They do have tons of summer specials and their hours are NOT what’s listed on their website they are open a lot more. The climb area is great one of the best I have seen with variety there are times two workers would be better so the kids aren’t just standing around waiting. The workers are all very attentive which is a nice change! Do not waste your money on the bounce board- the Velcro does not stay latched on the left foot of waiter board and it’s a waste of money. There’s a Groupon available for a wristband deal or you can buy tickets per ride. If you want to ride the Euro Track (the faster one), you have to get a free “license” by taking a couple of supervised test drives around the track. There’s a food counter inside but it wasn’t operating when we were there. There’s also an arcade with games. Credit cards accepted. There are public gendered restrooms available. The go-karts are a bit dated but they were still fun. The regular ones don’t go too quickly and it’s kid-friendly. Helmets weren’t required but I would still suggest getting them. I took the kids to jump at Sky Zone San Diego. They were having so much fun I bought a ticket for myself and joined in. From the foam pit to the dodgeball the kids had a BLAST! We initially signed up for 30 minutes, but wound up purchasing an extra hour! I noticed they had party rooms as well and this seems like it would be the PERFECT place for my son's next birthday. The prices were very reasonable compared to some of the other party places in town. I think we are going to make this a weekly ritual. It was great family time. He made sure we had everything we needed for the cutting of the cake, got us all waters and listen to our silly stories. His customer service skills were impeccable! We had such a good time that we came back a week later (without the costumes) and met one of the managers, Sheena Munoz who also treated us so well and went out of her way to see to it that we had a exceptional experience! This was my second time here and it was even better than the first time for two main reasons. First, last time we went was in February so it was a lot warmer this time which enhanced the experience. Second, I found a small Benitoite stone which was pretty exciting - even though it was pretty small. They said it was about 1 carrot size. My brother in law found some really nice sized neptunite as well. My brother and law both really enjoy coming here. The staff is so great and relaxed. Great experience!!! We brought our young men's church youth group from Pacific Grove, CA here. We had about 22 people in the group total. The staff were friendly and well organized. They did a great job emphasizing safety and getting all the first-timers geared up and ready to go. They have a great covered space to have a picnic during one of the breaks between sessions. They have several different courses with a great variety of terrain and cover for different matches. There is a great system in place to emphasize good sportsmanship, clean language and maintaining a fun environment. I really valued this as our group had a mix of ages from 11 to 55+. All our group had a great time and we can highly recommend Tag Paintball.See more..
