Fun in spite of the rain
The park staff were all very helpful and they did their best to continue activities around the rain. They also keep the park very clean. We would highly recommend making your Disneyland pass a Park Hopper pass. Being able to cross back and forth between the two parks worked great. Also adding the Lighting Lane to your pass is recommended. We found it helped us fit in at least once on each ride, and more on the ones we really enjoyed. For the Cars Racers you need to shell out an extra $18 per person to use the Lightening pass but regular line is always available at no extra cost. There were 7 of us but they were very accommodating at keeping us together as they boarded us on rides. Lots of great places to have a snack or a meal. Would be nice if they had more benches around the park by the rides where people can sit and wait for family.

    Energetic and Fun
A great park that can be explored in a day with Genie Plus and some careful planning. A bit disappointed that if you do not want to wait a ridiculious time to ride Radiator Springs or the Spiderman ride, you have to fork out anywhere from $15 to $20 more per person in addition to the amount paid for the Genie Plus service. The tiered service options are becoming similar to flying an economy airline - your base ticket may not cost you too much, but if you want to eat, pee or bring luggage - it will cost you double the initial quoted amount. It seems that Disney is taking a page out of the airline industry's playbook. Aside from that, the park was clean, the rides had been maintained and refreshed since our last visit and the customer service was exceptional.
