I purchased 4 tickets to a NYC bus trip dated for 4/18/2020. In light of the recent traveling ban due to Covid 19, this trip has been canceled per email and voicemail by the owner. I attempted to cancel prior to all this happening and within the cancellation policy. Literally no one answers the phone there if you try to cancel by phone. Claims that an email would be sent to all parties who purchased tickets for options and refunds. Still awaiting this email. This has been 2 weeks now. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to reach the business via phone, email, social media on Facebook and messenger with not a single response. This customer dissatisfaction and the way this woman is conducting business is dishonest and distasteful. I will never again book through this company.See more..
The bartender Lacy openly uses the n-word. When a customer complained, Lacy sent her multiple threatening messages full of the n-word. The owner supports Lacy. This place is not safe for Black people.See more..
1.5Hampshire Athletic Club(3 reviews) - Inhospitable Wednesday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM Spas The manager, of the club, Scott is always extremely rude and unfriendly, making the club feel very unhospitable. I would not have joined the club for that reason however my desire to stay fit has superceded. I have heard other members make the same comments about Scott .See more..

Terrible!!!!! The animals are abused and neglected. They don't feed the animals any vegetables or fruit, only junky pellets. The hay is disgusting!!!!! It cannot be called hay!!!!!!!! The rabbits are treated like trash!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are overfed pellets and not given any normal food or hay. They are angora rabbits and they aren't given the proper grooming required for their unique and beautiful species!!!!!!!!!! Their fur is in clumps and their nails are long and unkempt. When I came into the rabbit enclosure they were all huddled in the corner in fear. They aren't given enough love and attention. They were sickly looking and had crusted eyeballs. Nickel-O farm sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!See more..

1.0Western Riding Stables(1 review) - Owner and Guide of Western Riding Stables, Inc. is ill prepared and leaves his guests to walking Horseback Riding Tours We arranged for a Horse Back Riding Experience at the Western Riding Stables. Our party gave the heights and weights of our party. On two of the horses, the saddles were ill fitted. As I was riding a horse directly following the owner I pointed out that one of the stirrups was ill fitting and asked what could be done. He muttered some words and proceeded onward. What was especially perplexing was the fact that he was riding very quickly leaving the other members of our party behind along with this assistant. He proceeded at this pace notwithstanding the fact that his assistant was yelling for him to stop (she dropped her reins). Later I began to experience pain in my knee. The horse that I was on was a very frisky horse and I had last rode a horse 2 years ago.. In any event, I indicated to the owner that I had to get up the horse and did so. He refused to have a horse switch, took my horse and made me walk. The owner had no regard matching the skill level of the rider with the horse selected. He was obsessed with getting back to the base as quickly as possible and blamed us for being late (it took him 45 minutes for him to start the rider after we got there). To think, not only did we tip him before the rider, we bought a sandwich for him as well. Avoid this attraction at all costsSee more..

1.0Warm Lake Estate Vineyard and Winery(1 review) - Out of Business Wineries & Vineyards Warm Lake Estate was a catalyst for the current wine region along the Niagara Wine Trail. Growing a pinot noir in a wonderful limestone soil, protected by the very escarpment that the limestone came from, there were some nice wines a few years back. It is closed as a winery, though some of the fruit is still being bottled by others local wineries. The original owner and winemaker had a variety of New York State wines for sale in his tasting room when he first opened. Miss the days when this was just starting up.See more..
