I purchased 4 tickets to a NYC bus trip dated for 4/18/2020. In light of the recent traveling ban due to Covid 19, this trip has been canceled per email and voicemail by the owner. I attempted to cancel prior to all this happening and within the cancellation policy. Literally no one answers the phone there if you try to cancel by phone. Claims that an email would be sent to all parties who purchased tickets for options and refunds. Still awaiting this email. This has been 2 weeks now. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to reach the business via phone, email, social media on Facebook and messenger with not a single response. This customer dissatisfaction and the way this woman is conducting business is dishonest and distasteful. I will never again book through this company. See more..
