4.5Barclays Center(1.995 reviews) - Great for Basketball Arenas & Stadiums
Visited to watch a Brooklyn Nets Basketball game whilst staying in Manhattan. Entry was quick and easy despite requirements to show ID, vaccination status and go through security. Being based outside the US, I could not download the SeatGeek app beforehand, however, the ticket desk were helpful and didn't take long to get in. Plenty of food and drink (beer, wine, spirits) concession stands - all of which can be taken to seats. Great atmosphere with music, chants and audience participation. Getting a taxi back into Manhattan after a late night game was tricky, despite leaving before the end, so I'd advise using Uber/Lyft. Go to Juliana's pizza which is a 15 min walk away and located by Brooklyn Bridge for a good meal beforehand. Be aware, just because you are row 1 does not mean you'll be at the front of a stand and what may look like an aisle seat online may not be because of new plexiglass barriers along sides of stands due to Covid.See more..
4.5Citi Field(1.429 reviews) - One of America's Best Baseball Parks Spent More than 3 hours Arenas & Stadiums
After years of primarily going to Yankee Stadium, I'll admit I was skeptical. I went here for the Mets/Braves series thinking I was going to the inferior baseball park in the city. Was I mistaken or what! Citi Field is absolutely gorgeous. The staff in and around the park are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food options quite simply can't be matched; there's such diversity in the offerings you can get for a full meal or a light snack. Best of all, it's very easy to get to via public transit if you're staying in the city. And you should take the subway! An Uber or taxi ride from midtown Manhattan was running $70 on a Monday afternoon prior to rush hour. Just get on a train, budget yourself about 40 minutes to arrive, and when you get off, prepare for one of the best live baseball experiences of your life!See more..

4.5KeyBank Center(573 reviews) - Sabres game Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arenas & Stadiums
It doesn’t get much easier, less expensive and low key than attending a Sabres game from the GTA. Ticket prices are totally reasonable, there are decent places to eat and drink nearby, parking is convenient and cheap. The building itself is amazing as it has a massive atrium entrance so when it’s cold you aren’t outside waiting to get in a gate. There are lots of food kiosks inside with solid offerings and plenty of accessible washrooms. Hockey fans can go there and see their favourite hockey club at a fraction of Scotia Centre prices. It’s a great building for getting in and out of as there are multiple directions to go so the crowd thins out generally. Highly recommended.See more..

4.5Sahlen Field(309 reviews) - Great Venue! Arenas & Stadiums
I attended the game on May 7, 2022 against the Durham Bulls. The stadium was great before, add another 20 million in upgrades you have a wonderful baseball experience. The playing field is updated, new foul poles, bigger dugouts, new lighting etc. The concessions offer a large variety of food, I recommend the local favourite, Beef on Weck. Excellent. Washrooms were clean and abundant, and the entire facility was very clean. It happened to be a Promotional Day - "Dog Day". Great Fun! Oh, and I didn't get to parking yet - close parking was available for only 10 dollars. I will return to this venue many times!See more..
Memories that will last a lifetime. We are here with our son and his family watching our grandson participate in the American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Tournament. The professionalism, condition and care of the facilities was amazing. Truly a wonderful experience. Also, a great setting, the surrounding hills, lakes, villages are beautiful. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Truly, one of our country’s best places.See more..

4.5Herb Brooks Arena(174 reviews) - For Hockey Fans It’s a Must Temporarily closed - Closed until further notice Spent 1-2 hours Arenas & Stadiums

4.0Forest Hills Stadium(139 reviews) - Best concert of my life so far Spent 1-2 hours Arenas & Stadiums
Absolutely awesome. I went for the 6/3/22 Bon Iver show, and we got there early so we got to try out lots of seats. Because the stadium is quite small, there isn't a single bad seat in the whole venue, except maybe on the very sides of the stage. Might be worth upgrading to a backrest if you're on the bleachers, though. Sound was great. Since it's open-air, definitely dress for the forecast. The surrounding area is nice and has lots of places to eat and drink. Train station is just steps away from the entrance. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone.See more..
4.5The Fairgrounds(137 reviews) - Festival of Lights Arenas & Stadiums
In addition to the fair, the Fairgrounds host the Festival of Lights in winter. The cost is actually sort of pricey and there isn't too much to do for older kids (we went with 2 nine year olds and 1 eleven year old). It is the biggest one around though, so it wouldn't keep me from going again. But be ready to spend $$.See more..
4.5Michie Stadium(109 reviews) - The football is only part of the attraction... Spent More than 3 hours Arenas & Stadiums
While the Army West Point football team is on the rise, there are other reasons to go to a game at Michie Stadium. First, you have to start early down at the parade grounds to watch the cadet parade. Bring snacks and drinks and have a tailgate in the parking lot. Go early to the game to watch the cadets march on and the parachute team jump in the game ball. You can pet the Army mule and watch the cadets file into the stands along with their company mascots.See more..
To take a break from Manhattan on a 5 day trip with family we took a trip to Coney Island and also included a trip to the baseball. Tickets were 20 dollars each for centrally located tickets behind home base. Free jersies were included for early arrivals which included us which the family loved. Food concessions were good, silly games between innings were fun and the view of the Coney Island roller coasters added to the experience. Recommended as a reasonable and more accessible experience than MLB. See more..

This arena has a definite historic feel throughout - certainly unique and not a cookie-cutter type barn. All the important items have been updated but you can definitely imagine what it would have been like to watch a game back in the 60s and 70s. Smallest rink in the AHL but probably the friendliest fans and staff in the league!See more..

3.5Adirondack Thunder(3 reviews) - Enjoyable Minor League Hockey at a Good Price Arenas & Stadiums
My sister and I are huge NY Ranger fans. The Adirondack Thunder are affiliated with our arch-rival NJ Devils! However, when we went to see them play in Glens Falls, we couldn't help but cheer for them. The arena is just the right size so there's not a bad seat in the house. The fans are into the game and fully support their squad. We had seats for $20 right behind the penalty box! But buy your beer before you sit down if you're that close because the steep stairs back up to the concession stands were designed for mountain goats! We had a great time even though they lost but will go back there again. The announcer and all of the promos are very entertaining as well as the fans' thunder clap to start the third period. Located just about 25 minutes north of Saratoga Springs this is a must see.See more..
5.0Palisades Credit Union Park(2 reviews) - Great Day at Palisades Spent More than 3 hours Arenas & Stadiums Our first time here and it was more than we were expecting for an Independent League ballpark. With GPS it was relatively easy to find. There is plenty of stadium parking for a reasonable $5 fee. The ballpark is beautiful and is superior to many minor league team parks we've visited. It was also fun to see the home team playing a Canadian team from Quebec. The teams on the field played a nice brand of baseball. The food selections are typical ballpark food with cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pizza and fries which are reasonably priced. Just a great overall place to spend a summer evening.See more..
5.0Limerock Speedway(2 reviews) - Car racing, in the Litchfield Hills!!! Spent More than 3 hours Arenas & Stadiums
It’s like they put a race track right in the middle of a mountainous range, actually they really did. As soon as you pull up you’re in aww of the beauty the track and all that’s around you. We went on Labor Day when they had car races from each decade. Every seat is a good seat on the green grassy hills. Fun times were had by all. Lots of restaurant facilities, food and other vendors. Potty’s and bathrooms as well. This is a must do if you live in Connecticut to at least check out one time!! On your mark, get ready, go!!!!!See more..
4.0Malek Stadium at Clinton Field(1 review) - Bring your own food Spent 1-2 hours Arenas & Stadiums This location is where the West Point soccer teams play. There are grandstands but no concession facilities so whatever you want to eat or drink, you must bring with you. Also, there is plenty of standing room as well as a large area for kids to play.
