We went on a weekday and spent the night in a very clean comfortable room and visited the pool for a while and also the hot tub. Monday and Tuesday had minimal amount of people playing the games and it was very nice and extremely entertaining, I won and lost at playing the games but came home with more money that I arrived with. Dining was also very nice with a good selection of food, Our ride home was through the Allegheny National Forest with several stops along the way stopping at scenic places to enjoy. I look forward to a return in the future and can only say that our time there was fantastic.See more..

I honestly didn’t expect much after seeing the reviews of Rivers Casino when visiting Albany for the night but I was pleasantly surprised at the overall vibe and experience for a small regional casino. Are you going to think you are in Vegas or Atlantic City? No. But are you going to have good gaming options, a good vibe and really good food? Yes. The biggest negative is how small the gaming floor is - I mean - it’s small. But they had a great selection of slots and the casino was clean and modern. The clientele was also a bit better than some regional casinos I’ve been to - it feels safe. Overall, I would be happy to return if I was in Albany again!See more..

My wife and I happened across Tioga Downs en route to Corning and stopped in. We'd never seen harness racing before so we stopped in to watch the last few races. While we didn't go into the casino itself, the building is ornately decorated, and the bar offered a good range of craft beers. The harness races were fun to watch, and they were run close after each other, especially compared to the near hour-long wait I'm used to from Churchill Downs.
