My favorite is the Bobcat Red which is a red ale with a decent amount of hops. My wife's favorite is the Topaz Tripel which is a Belgian style tripel at over 9% ABV. Our Story Lone Pint Brewery started as a dream shared by a brother and sister, brewed twenty gallons at a time, in a modest two-car garage. After perfecting their recipes, choosing a yeast strain, and mastering the water chemistry, the duo was ready to share their creations with the world. Lone Pint Brewery was opened in 2012. That’s how we grew into the Brewery we are today, with dozens of ales and multiple brew series to our name. However, we are still a grassroots insurrection with the true beer lover in mind. We did the 2 hour tour of Franconia Brewing Co in McKinney one Saturday morning. It’s a great value cause for $10 you get the tour AND coupons for 3 pints of beer. They just added the Tap room in December so you can try several different brews, some not found very often. They set up benches where you can just hang out or you can get with the brew Meister’s and ask away. Oh, and you can purchase Franconia glasses or mugs for very cheap as well!See more..

I worked in a brewery in college and I've always appreciated a good beer. Was out to dinner one night and the server recommended an IPA from a "local brewery" in Arlington (where I live). I had not yet heard of Legal...but I was very pleasantly surprised with the IPA. It might actually be the best I've had. Hops, citrus, etc...was just right. I was even more excited to learn the brewery was like three minutes from my house. We visited the spotless taproom yesterday and really enjoyed ourselves. $15 gets you three tokens and a souvenir glass. About ten beers on tap, plus root beer and a coffee drink I believe. Very laid back. Wooden tables, steel, ping pong, oversized board games, and kid friendly. I don't believe the brewery serves good, but the did have a meatball vendor set up onsite. The only negative here is that you can't purchase a growler to go. Nevertheless, I anticipate visiting frequently.See more..

Today’s lunch visit was a lot of fun and I’ll definitely be back. It was a challenge to navigate ordering inside and having my dog but I managed and the staff was understanding. 3 different people asked me if my dog needed a water bowl once I was seated outside (so sweet) The shrimp taco was fine. Not the best I’ve had but definitely not the worst by any means. The chip platter was WOW It did need to come with a small salsa (or maybe that was available separately) but it was still great. The chips were LEGIT. I hate flimsy boring salty chips and these were NOT. They were thick, hearty, able to be dipped without breaking and had a GREAT seasoning on them.
