    My wife and I came down RR 2810 from Marfa to Ruidosa. It is only about 60 miles but takes about 2 hours to drive. This takes you down the west side of the mountains. The road is only maintained about halfway the lower half being gravel and dirt. Some parts only a single vehicle can go at a time. I recommend 4 wheel or AWD with some clearance. Came around a curve and had 5 wild mustangs standing in the road and they were not in a hurry to move...lol See more..
