    Elliott Bluff has a boat ramp, dock, picnic tables with grills, observation platform, fishing pier and it is free. The nice park is along Wright Patman Lake. The boat ramp is $5 on your honor. The park has a good view of Wright Patman Lake and the dam. We loved our 20 minute visit. See more..
