Perfect Size for a First Timer!
We came to Grandbury to give me daughter the feel of a beach, but close to home! She loved playing in the sand and the lake. It was walking distance from our hotel, Hilton Garden Inn. She loved seeing the ducks and geese. They made numerous trips to the swimming area, even walking on the sand.

Good for families
Very nice lake beach. The sand is nice and clean, and the bottom of the lake is also sandy. The water was clean. Good showers and bathrooms. It would be nice if they allowed BBQ on the beach as most lakes do. Good parking.
