  6. 5.0 Morgan's Wonderland (381 reviews)
    - Great experience!
Monday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Amusement & Theme Parks
    Morgan's Wonderland image
This was our first visit and it was truly impressive not in terms of rides or world famous characters but in friendliness and accessibility for everyone. We brought a three year old a year and a half year old and a three month old. There was no place we couldn’t take our stroller and no stairs to be climbed making it possible for our year and a half year old to walk everywhere. There a carousel and Ferris wheel and other rides including a train all of which are completely accessible. It’s not large but for those with physical challenges or who are very young large is often impossible. But this was just the right size. See more..

  10. 4.5 ZDT's Amusement Park (110 reviews)
    - Fun and Fairly Priced
    Amusement & Theme Parks
    ZDT's Amusement Park image
This park is overall pretty small. It is built around the roller coaster, Switchback, which I recommend to anyone who can tolerate a roller coaster. There are also smaller rides, go-karts, water slides, and an arcade that can all be enjoyed for $24 total. Despite the small ride count, there is plenty to do and you can spend hours here. The method of entering is a bit strange, but they make up for it by having free parking. Overall, it is a really solid place given its smaller budget and it is worth a trip. See more..

    Hidden Falls Adventure Park image
My husband and son took their trail bikes here and rode for the day on the north loop as well as some ATV trails (North Pole Road). We have ridden in Colorado for years and they said this was every bit as challenging as anything we have done there. Lots of big rock shelves and steps to navigate. It’s an enormous park, definitely need multiple days to explore. Friendly attendants at the gate, highly recommend if you enjoy trail riding! See more..

  14. 3.5 Western Playland Amusement Park (64 reviews)
    - Small, Clean amusement park
    Monday: Amusement & Theme Parks
    Western Playland Amusement Park image
Visited Western Playland Amusement Park over the Memorial Weekend. We attempted Wet-N-Wild Waterworld however; there was a concert and the lines were way too long. We decided to take the kids to Western Playland. The park is very small however; it has great potential to grow. My guess is that it will expand with more rides in the near future. It is very clean and well maintained. It has enough rides to keep two small children entertained for at least 2-3 hours. I understand they moved this amusement park to its current location in Sunland Park about one year ago. It is now in a better location. See more..

    Dinosaur Park image
What a fun spot. It would be great for kids, especially those into dinosaurs. The path is about a 20 or 30 minute loop with life size dinosaurs to look at and little plaques with a lot of good information. Even though we were adults, it was a lot of fun. I left smiling. See more..

    - Great park!
    Amusement & Theme Parks
    Adventure World image
We found this park on Trip Advisor. Don't be fooled by the name, this isn't some kind of amusement park, just a great city park. There is lots of playground equipment for kids of all ages. Lots of swings too. There was bathrooms. We used them, they were fine, what you would expect for park bathrooms. From the parking lot you can access a hike/bike paved trail that is a loop through the surrounding forest. We walked about a half mile in one direction and then returned. It was very nice. There were joggers and walkers out on it, but we were mostly alone. See more..
