This is a very nice family ran business. The brew is as good as the people that brew it. Please do yourself a favor, go visit and savor the flavor.

Nothing bitter about it
We were staying nearby in Addison, and stopped by on a Friday afternoon. Great idea. Hissy Fit and Busy Body were both excellent, great summer beers. Cat Fight IPA was one of the best I have ever had. Not a hop bomb. service was excellent, the folks working there love their job. Why not, when you have decent beers?

Just bitter I didn't know about it sooner.
Had some friends in town looking for a brewery we hadn't been to before, and settled on Bitter Sisters. Just off Belt Line, this unassuming brewery serves up $5 glasses of their beer for a couple of hours each week. They offer tours, but didn't have time for that; just time to try a few beers. I settled on the Irish Red (Knock Out), Marzen (Hissy Fit), and the Busy Body (Blonde Lager). Not the biggest place, but sometimes that's how you meet new people. Show up, bu some beers, do the tour, and enjoy the time.
