My Favorite Craft Brewery!
Vista Brewing is a destination brewery in the beautiful Hill Country town of Driftwood, just southwest of Austin. The 21-acre ranch includes a brewery & tasting room, farm-to-table restaurant, organic farm, apiary, live music, walking trails and private event spaces. Vista’s beer program celebrates traditional recipes using Hill Country ingredients, with a range of styles including easy drinking beer garden brews, unique collaboration projects and an award-winning wine barrel aging program. Vista also offers a curated selection of wine & cider along with a full lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch menus. The Vista Grill sources proteins from local ranchers, including those who we work with to feed Vista’s spent brewing grain, and strives to source as much as possible from local purveyors. Vista’s onsite vegetable farm provides much of the veggies used in our menus, and all dishes rotate seasonally.

My Favorite Craft Brewery!
I loved everything about this place, especially the beers! The venue itself is very welcoming, lots of picnic tables and chairs outside, family and pet friendly too. I ordered the Black Angus Cheeseburger and it was delicious! If we only had something like this in Katy... I will definitely be back!

Fun stop
We love the story of Vista brewing with its effort to run a very natural operation and reclaim some land. It is a beautiful facility with an interesting selection of beers on tap. We did a flight with Wellhead, Dark Skies, On the Grounds, and Lorenzo. While all the beers were interesting and had great potential, we felt they lacked the depth we were expecting. That being said the facility is beautiful the people are delightful and the beers are interesting. We ordered food which was phenomenal many of the things many of the ingredients sourced from the surrounding property or neighboring areas. We shared a beet salad with some goat cheese as well as a pulled pork sandwich with chips really delicious. We also met Edwina the manager of the grill who was a really interesting and friendly person.
