From the very first phone enquiry with Lorraine we very impressed with the service and personal attention that was given. On the day both the skipper and first mate were friendly and knowledgeable. They catered to all our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a wonderful few hours. The boat was well equipped, comfortable and it was a smooth cruise up the river enjoying the beautiful scenery and the peace and tranquility. With 2 small children on board it was refreshing to see how accomodating the crew were to ensure their safety and keep them interested and occupied. Thank you all so much. The weather was amazing and I’d been wanting to take my 6-year old grandson on his first helicopter ride. I rang Aero Logistics and they could do it that afternoon, fantastic! The guy in the booking office was extremely helpful and great to deal with, and our pilot couldn’t possibly have been any better. My talkative grandson sat in front with the pilot who pointed out all the sights he thought a 6-year old would be familiar with, and my grandson pointed out places he recognised to the pilot. My husband and I took this tour yesterday. It was a great opportunity to learn about Opal mining and the various processes involved. At $25.00 a person this tour is really worth it. At the start, the owner of the mine gives a talk and shows samples. We then drove out to the mine and went underground with hard hats and small torches . It is easy access and the mine is lit. The owner shared stories about finding "pineapples" and selling these overseas. He demonstrated a digging machine and explained how to see the pineapples in the rock. Very knowledgeable. Of particular note is the excellent humour and jokes shared. Take the tour... 3pm daily. Book though.See more..

I had family visit from Kuwait for my sisters wedding and decided to take them Hang Gliding at Stanwell Tops. I was lucky enough to come across Hang Glide OZ and they had the best experience ever. The crew were friendly and made the experience all the more better. Fly time was about 25 minutes, weather was great and the pictures and video were simply amazing. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed touring the Anglo-Australian telescope at Siding Spring. It was easy to book with Dark Sky Traveller and Brannock was an enthusiastic and informative tour guide. I stayed here with my 2 boys and only booked 1 night in a Tipi, but wished we booked 2 nights! It was such a nice getaway for the 3 of us and the boys just loved it! Heaps of animals to explore, hire the bikes and ride around the huge property, swim in the pool, play putt putt, explore & feed the Bison, pat dingos & go fishing + much more. They will also take you on an Argo ride. Clean amenities & good camp kitchen. Ben the caretaker was awesome, he lit a nice fire for us around the Tipis. I have just returned from a 4 day tour on a trike hired from "oztrikes" in Gosford. From the start my dealings with Johan (the owner) and his crew was faultless. You get a complete induction on how to drive these 3 wheeled VW 1600 machines. Ideas of where to travel etc is also provided. Initially I was very cautious, but after a couple of hours we were blasting through the country side like seasoned drivers. The machines are very easy to operate with a foot clutch and brake, a hand throttle and hand operated 4 sp gearbox (plus reverse) If ever you were looking for something different and exhilarating try a trike from ozbikes!See more..
