We visited here on a 1-night stop over. Unfortunately the horse racing wasn't on so we decided to grab dinner and play in the casino. The gaming was fine and seemed like tables had "normal" limits. IT did take a while to run across a server for a comp drink, but we did get one. The circular set up did make it a little confusing to find our way at first, but once you get to the outside it is easier to find you way. Other than losing a little money, our experience was fine. We plan to visit again when we stay in town for the night.See more..

3.5Mount Airy Casino(918 reviews) - Okay Place, Don’t Waste Your Money on the Savory Package Tuesday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Casinos
Nice hotel. Clean. We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights. We had the savory package which gives you a $50 per day dining credit in the hotel, unfortunately we couldn’t get reservations for the only decent restaurant in the hotel and we called two weeks in advance. What is the point of offering this package? This was a waste of money. They did not have enough table games open and it was difficult, if not impossible, to play. The rooms were nice. The golf course looked very nice. The pool was adequate but not great. There was no entertainment. The slots just ate your money.See more..

I went to Hollywood shortly after the mask requirement earlier this year and was appalled that smoking was still allowed. I didn't stay long and had not returned until 2 days ago. I received a generous promotional offer including a dining voucher so I decided to stop by for a short time and take advantage of this offer. To my surprise the casino is totally non smoking indoors which tremendously improved my casino experience. I was also told by security it will remain smokeless. What a relief. I stayed for 6 hours gaming and catching up with friends I hadn't seen for a while. Lately I have been going to out of state non smoking casinos but will now return to Hollywood. I also told some of my friends and family who avoided Hollywood due to smoking who will also return. My experience was totally positive and look forward to returning. My wife did not come along as she can't handle the cigarette smoke but she will now come with me in the future.See more..

3.0Hersheypark Stadium(426 reviews) - Good for locals bad for tourists Spent More than 3 hours Arenas & Stadiums
Hershey stadium is pretty good but has its issues. You have to be a local to know how to handle concerts in hershey. The traffic gets very very backed up and concert parking is always a disaster. Theres a bluegreen hotel walkable to the stadium I recommend if you are from out of town stay there and walk to the show.See more..

3.5Christkindlmarkt(279 reviews) - Admission price is Way too High! Flea & Street Markets
I do like the Christmas market and so love visiting Bethlehem, we have been coming to the market now for many years, it used to be at a different location, I actually enjoy it. We have been to Europe twice during Christmas time and the Christmas markets are spectacular but that is Europe and this of course doesn't compare and I would not try to compare, personally think they do a lovely job trying to replicate, I definitely feel the Christmas spirit and have purchased many nice things over the years, I do miss the cookie vendor, not there any longer. Sad to say we will not be back as the price of admission in our opinion is outrageous! Goes up and up every year. The admission price should be no more than $5.00. How on earth do you expect families to travel to you, pay exorbitant admission fees and then buy from vendors. Please reevaluate this policy as $12.00 is Ridiculous!See more..

3.5Wind Creek Event Center(189 reviews) - Good local venue Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Theaters
I had seats for Kevin James in the right wing; right on the railing. We could see and hear him just fine. I WOULD recommend, that you try to get tickets on either the left or right wing as close to the railing and stage as you can. The floor area is flat. No gradual angle for the chairs; so it could be hard to see. The staff was friendly and the bartenders were too. I'd go back.See more..

3.5Annual Gettysburg Reenactment(139 reviews) - It was definitely worth the trip Historic Sites • Battlefields • Educational sites
Our family went for the battle reenactment during 4th of July celebrations. The first day we took the audio guide and drove around the battlefield. Then downtown historic Gettysburg where lots of people were dressed in colonial dress and willing to chat. Saturday was the reenactment day.. It was not very well organized so we found ourselves going between different demonstrations back and forth. They were all informative, chatted with our school age boys and answered their questions. Lots of water stations and porta pottys and long lines for food venders. An all day trip but enjoyable and a learning experience. I liked touring the house and barn that were commandeered as a makeshift hospital and of course, the grand finale of the first day battle between the Union and the Confederates. Lots of interesting history.See more..

3.5First Niagara Pavilion(114 reviews) - Skynyrd Concert Spent More than 3 hours Concerts • Arenas & Stadiums
Plan and you will have no trouble. This show was sold out and everything went great. Parked in less than five minutes and on the road home easy after the show. Only drawback was the crowd standing, so I had to stand, and the drunk girl laying on the ground puking!See more..
About 40 mins. from Harrisburg. Beautiful grounds and view of the river! It's waayyy up the hill off the main road but nice when you get there! Very nice place for purchase or tasting of wines (oh and BTW....since it's been mentioned in other reviews, very few wineries/breweries let you "taste" their products for free....always a charge!) Tasting = 2 oz. pours x 5 for $10. Great selection of wines, all types, white to red, dry to sweet, cider too. Defiantly a wedding venue...think French chateau!See more..

Been here many times. It's not a very large mall but they do have separate free standing stores outside the mall on the same property near the parking lot(s) which makes up for the rest. No food court. Limited benches. One main elevator. Public bathrooms are ok but were closed last time I was there. They have a very nice partial courtyard right outside of Barnes & Noble (starbucks is inside barnes & noble) & Chick-Fil-A where they have tables where you can eat or smoke if need be, it's very nice really. There's a JC Penney, Macys, and I think there's either a Bon Ton or Boscovs (don't remember the last anchor dept store). At night the clientele sometimes shifts as it's a bit too close to Allentown but for the most part it's a decent basic mall.See more..
3.5AvalancheXpress(78 reviews) - Night Tubing Ski & Snowboard Areas
We went on a cold Friday night. Arrived a little after 8:30pm and stayed till closing. Kids had a good time. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The hot chocolate in the concession trailer was just luke warm. One of the workers abandoned her post at the top of the lift. This caused the lift to go into emergency shut down. My husband said the other workers said she left with her boyfriend who was also employed there. No big deal, but they did stop operating the lift. The resort should get a few propane heaters. The little camp fires do nothing in providing heat in extreme cold. Other than that. Kids had a good time. We ended up staying till closing. See more..

The lobby was closed so all we could do was peer in the window. We could see the big Big Mac but that was all. not sure if it was just the time of day we were there (around 8pm) or if the lobby is always closed now for COVID but would have really liked to see more than we did.See more..
3.5Reyers(66 reviews) - Nice shoes, nicer staff Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Speciality & Gift Shops
Plenty of shoe selection, and a really nice clearance and markdown room. We couldn’t find the Vans we wanted, and the woman Ashley helped us find a place closer to home to buy one. Ashley was extremely kind and helpful, and frequently checked in. Recommend!See more..
3.5Over Look Tower(62 reviews) - Beautiful views of the fall foliage! Points of Interest & Landmarks • Observation Decks & Towers
Beautiful views of the fall foliage! I was a bit hesitant to enter when I saw the credit card machine and revolving steel gate. $5 per person seems a little pricey for a few minutes of viewing, but with the fall color I am so glad I climbed the tower. As others have said it does not provide views of the canyon. But the fall color views were beautiful. See more..
NIce stores. Good prices. My son got some great shoes at the Bass store. I would have liked to have eaten at the food court but the cigarette smell there was nauseating. You can actually smell cigarettes throughout the whole mall but the closer you get to the casino the worse it is. Something must be wrong with the ventilation system.See more..
This mall may be underestimated but it is above and beyond what you may expect! There are some standard corporate stores, but I am most impressed with the independent stores there!See more..

3.5Rolling Hills Ranch(39 reviews) - Good times with kiddos Horseback Riding Tours
Our first time here at the ranch but had a blast. "Sedona" was stubborn at first but couldn't wait to return to the barn for the last 30 seconds of the ride. What a hoot! ! The guides were great and helpful. We will be back. Sedona and I have an understanding. Not really ...but I'd ride her again!See more..
I went with my family to watch The Dark Tower and had a blast. From the popcorn with a juicy tinge to the meal for two at $25. As you go up the escalator, you are handed the menu with which you can order meals while watching movies. The downside though was how we had to wait endlessly before being allowed up and the stink at the back of the theater.See more..
3.5Susquehanna Valley Mall(37 reviews) - Good Selection of Small Stores and Restaurants Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Shopping Malls
We went to the Susquehanna Valley Mall for dinner at Garfield's with family. We walked around a bit beforehand. Despite the lack of large anchor stores, there is an excellent selection of smaller stores. The food selection was good as well with Garfield's which is a sit-down restaurant to counter service pizza and Cinnabon. It makes a nice warm place to walk inside on a cold day. Overall, it wasn't bad!See more..
