The Hershey Theater is a beautiful, old theater built during the Great Depression. It is so beautiful it truly adds to the experience of any show seen here. For those with mobility issues, there are no elevators. For the ladies, be aware purses larger than 5”x 8” are not allowed. And yes, someone is checking. We saw many women getting out of line to take their purses to their car. Sadly some made it all the way to the metal detector point before being denied access. This info is not on the website. It did however, show up in an email regarding the event which many women, myself including apparently did not read.See more..
5.0Heinz Hall(285 reviews) - Beautiful venue with character and charm Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Theaters
My daughter and I recently attended the Norah Jones concert at Heinz Hall... it was out first visit. The staff were friendly and helpful both af security and guiding us to our seats, which were in the mid section of the balcony. The old charm of the building was astounding. The seating rows are narrow. Acoustics and sound were perfect. Easily accessible parking garage across the street made our visit a poce of cake. See more..
Founded in 1939 in a converted 1790 gristmill, Bucks County Playhouse quickly became “the most famous summer theatre in America,” featuring a roster of American theatrical royalty including Helen Hayes, George S. Kaufman, Moss Hart, Kitty Carlisle, Angela Lansbury, Alan Alda, Tyne Daly, Bernadette Peters, and Liza Minnelli and remained in continuous operation until 2010. In 2012, the Playhouse re-opened after a multi-million-dollar restoration thanks to the efforts of the Bridge Street Foundation. In 2018, the Playhouse unveiled The Deck, a 4,000 square foot Delaware-river view restaurant. In 2014, Tony Award-winning producers Alexander Fraser and Robyn Goodman took the helm of the Playhouse. Today the creative teams who create new productions here are among the most talented artists working in the professional theatre. They relish the opportunity to work on the historic stage where Grace Kelly, Robert Redford, and Jessica Walter began their careers.See more..

3.5Wind Creek Event Center(189 reviews) - Good local venue Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Theaters
I had seats for Kevin James in the right wing; right on the railing. We could see and hear him just fine. I WOULD recommend, that you try to get tickets on either the left or right wing as close to the railing and stage as you can. The floor area is flat. No gradual angle for the chairs; so it could be hard to see. The staff was friendly and the bartenders were too. I'd go back.See more..

4.0Tower Theatre(159 reviews) - Well done, amazing! Theaters
I love Van Gogh and was excited to go to the experience. I was not disappointed! It was amazing! Truly well done and engaging. Safe, clean, and timed tickets to stop overcrowding. Go at your own pace and take as little or much time to enjoy. The paintings coming to life with movement and sound is inspiring. I thoroughly enjoy the time spent! The only draw back would be that the VR part was not included in the regular ticket, but for only $5 it is worth the add on! If you have a chance, GO!!See more..

The Warner brings back the glamour of the old Broadway theatres and reminds us of the days when the theatre experience wasn't just the show on stage. It begins when you walk in the door. The lobby is absolutely stunning with all the classic artwork you'd expect in the early 20th century, and of course, there's no shortage of gold paint. It is elaborate, way over the top, and beautiful. The acoustics of the hall make it a great concert venue and a great place for the All-State high school ensembles to perform.
