We always book them 2 hrs apt so we can use the lavender scented room, the quiet/silent rooms, the steam rooms and the Oasis area (our fave). There are lovely locker rooms, comfy robes, snacks, drinks all in a clean, plush environment. My husband loved his masseuse Jen and I had Matt, who did deep work, targeting all my knots...loved it! The weather was so pleasant that we enjoyed our snacks outside on the soft sofas! You can book a lunch in the Oasis, while eating and drinking Mimosas in your robe. Steep at around 30 bucks a head. We didn't eat there but it looked like fairly lite fare. I saw 1 sliced beef dish, lots of salads and several desserts. Alcohol is extra. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking a unique Asian Spa Experience. From my understanding, there are only two spas of this style on the northeast cost of the USA; the other being in northern New Jersey. Chung Dam is actually a large all inclusive Korean style spa and fitness center. The Spa has a: fitness center with exercise equipment, a jacuzzi room with showers, various saunas and heated jade stone rooms, and an area where 4 different women give theraputic massages and "full body scrubs." The whole place eminates a rather exotic and holistic Asian atmosphere. My only complaint is that management eliminated the superb Korean restaurant and juice bar. My wife and I originally had an 8 visit package but after awhile she stopped going and I didn't renew after I used the last ticket. The staff is very friendly, but the massages are only so-so. Normally they only do 30 minutes, and then only want to target a specific spot. I was able to book one hour long massage and it was quite a disappointment. My shoulder was sore, and my left hamstring. She massaged both, but stopped twice to give me hot towel wraps, once on my shoulder and once on my hamstring. Each time she was gone for about 10 minutes so an hour long massage was really less than 40 minutes. The salt room is relaxing but it is a bit chilly...and I like being cold....so make sure you wear something warm. They have a few lockers where you can put your stuff, if you are one of the first ones there, so I would recommend you leave all your valuables locked up in the trunk of your car in case you don't get a locker.See more..

I thought I had a "catch" and Alik found that I had a deep muscle pull. He was so good and thorough, I made an appointment for the next day. They offer other types of "services" and Yoga and other classes, i.e. meditation are held there, which I have not participated. It is a 2 hour drive one way for me to get there, but I plan to go back on my next getaway.
