We had a wonderful experience at Refreshing Mountain. The cabins were clean, the pedal cars, zip lining, and outdoor tree adventure were so much fun. However, we purchased the Fun 5 pack and by the time we finished three of the activities, the reptile room and farm animal experience were closed for tours. We were not able to reschedule, since everything was booked during our stay. This was disappointing. As a party of 10, we felt a credit or refund should be given. See more..

Our family of four booked a premium guided tour of the lower Yough on a Thursday. My husband and I haven’t rafted for 20+ years, and our kids (12 and 15) had never gone before. We had an AMAZING experience. Brandon was our guide and expertly steered us through the rapids - we were just the “motor” and he would tell us when and how to paddle. It made the trip stress free so we could focus on the fun of the rapids and relax on the quiet parts. We also stopped at Cucumber Falls, which was a short hike from the river. If you decide to hike, make sure that your water shoes have good treads because some of the rocky spots are steep and slick. Brandon brought us bottled water and Gatorades and we ordered boxed lunches a few days in advance. Our youngest loved the trip so much that she wants to go back for her birthday in a few weeks. Highly recommended! See more..

Our group ranged from 11 to 71 yrs of age. We all had fun doing the ziplines and challanges. Not everyone completed the course but they all had a blast. Tips for others...bring someone to walk along to just take pics. Its a bit hard to capture things on camera as you do it. Remember you never know what you can or can't do till you try See more..

    - Awesome Adventure

I went to Treetop Adventure with my family. Kids ranged in age 4-10. They loved it. My son who is 6 wanted to do the zipline but he is too young so he couldn't do it. We all did the ropes course and some had a zip line type course. You go at your own pace and advance as much as you want. The more you advance the higher you go. The little ones had to stick to the course that was mostly close to the ground. My son got to climb a tree and made it to the top. This was an awesome adventure for the whole family. We will be returning so my son could do the zip line. See more..

Dragon's Den is located inside a historic church in Homestead. The building looked cool from the outside but even more amazing on the inside. Inside there was a two-level challenge course equipted with creative elements and obsticles. In additon, there was a long zipline and a 20-foot climbing wall. While I was there the staff were wonderful to all the kids on and off the course. Overall, while on the course, I was able to leave my confort zone and enjoy the experience. See more..
