    My daughter and I had a great experience with PCO. I talked to them several times before our bike trip, and they provided me with detailed information to make the best choices to fit my time constraints and my ability level. The reservation process online was easy and the shuttle service worked perfectly, despite the fact that the parking lot for meeting the shuttle was blocked off to accommodate the Eastern 100 race. The driver searched for us until we found each other. He was really nice and very professional and the shuttle ride was its own adventure - remote roads and beautiful scenery- a lovely addition to the bike ride itself!     Wonderful, relaxing afternoon. The river was low, so they were running the shorter trip, but that meant we could go down as many times as we wanted at no additional cost. We made 3 trips. Each took about 40-45min on the water, plus travel time on the shuttle back to headquarters. Lovely day. I paid the extra for the purple innertube with the backrest. Well worth the extra $5. This place is close enough to out=r home that we can do this whenever we would like. Highly reccomend! See more..

    My boyfriend and I visited Shank’s Mare for the first time yesterday. We’ll definitely be returning. Each staff member we interacted with was really friendly which made an already great experience even better. We rented 2 SUP boards for around 2 hours and the prices were really reasonable — around $40 each and it includes your PFD and paddle. We made a reservation for our rental by calling as their website instructed. When we got there we checked in through their easy check-in process on the porch. After check-in we crossed the road to their drop in location and 2 staff members helped us get set up and gave us instruction to get started. After we were done paddling, we returned the SUP boards and walked to the shop to return our PFDs and paddles. They also clean equipment between each use. The whole process was very easy and we had a great time on the river. I can’t wait to do it again! See more..

    It's hard to find exceptional customer service nowadays, well I found it here. I booked a last minute trip to Jamaica and wanted to get scuba certified. I called Indian Valley Scuba and spoke to Sue. She called me back within the hour and was able to find an instructor available the following week. We scheduled a three day training session with my instructor. Jim was personable, incredibly knowledgeable and has over 30 years of experience diving. You can tell the people running this dive shop are passionate about what they do and know their stuff. I am fortunate to have such a solid shop within an hour of my house.
