My wife and I had to reschedule twice due to inclement weather (high winds), but the third time was the charm! We did an early morning flight and watched the pilot and crew setup and inflate the balloon. We took off on what was a smooth, calm, and pleasant ride. We floated over the farmlands for 10 miles or so at 2000 feet. We landed on a farm and we were warmly greeted by a woman on her bike who asked how our flight was. The chase crew in the van was there within seconds of landing and we packed the balloon up and drove back to our starting point in Bird in Hand. We finished the experience off with a champagne toast. The pilot and crew were great, very friendly and professional. We learned a lot about balloon flights and we're very glad we had this experience. Unfortunately, there is a not a choice above Excellent so Excellent it is. Not only was the balloon and the view incredible, the crew was above all others (pun intended). We initially selected Sky Riders because of the impeccable safety record and open and honest dialogue during scheduling. Little did we know, we’d get to observe a well oiled machine of passionate individuals looking to make our experience perfect. After we landed, we had champagne (or sparkling cider, depending on your preference) and got to chat with the exceptional individuals of Sky Rider. Sangram and the team made our experience very enjoyable the day of. I worked with Debbie months prior to our ride preparing a surprise proposal. My girlfriend; although she said that she always wanted to do it, she was a bit nervous. Sangram and the team: Rylee and Bobby made us feel very comfortable by explaining every step of the process and things we needed to know for our ride. Sangram was a great pilot and pointed things out to us and told us all interesting facts and stories while in the air. When we landed, the team was great at helping me with my proposal, even holding the balloon in place as best they could so that my photographer could get awesome shots! Would definitely recommend air ventures if you're looking to go in a hot air balloon.See more..

We flew with endless mountains during a festival. Everything was perfect. Our pilot, Scott was very experienced and made us feel comfortable. This was our 3rd flight and definitely our best. The weather was perfect. Landing was flawless and getting to help put the balloon away was tons of fun and added to the experience as a whole. They made every effort to make us feel included in the team. Will definitely fly with them again!See more..
Received this as a wedding present! Such a great adventure to create one-of-a-kind lasting memories with my wife. We flew high and low (picked leaves from the top of the trees) and were able to see the world from a whole new perspective. The pilot is experienced and knowledgeable and his ground crew was energetic and fun. Highly recommend booking a flight.See more..
