    Do not miss this! Incredible production! Such a great value!
    OMG.....we were blown away with this fabulous production. Visiting the Amish area from Virginia, we took friends' advice and bought tickets to QUEEN ESTHER. My husband, not much of a theater/religious guy, went along with us and admitted afterwards that he was blown away by how fabulous it was. The theater is as incredible inside as the outside pictures look. The bathroom even looks like hallways of a castle. The stage is nearly surrounding the theater, more than 50% of the walls are incredible staging of different scenes, and the costumes are indulgently shiny and silky and rich looking. This story is about a Jewish girl who becomes Queen of Persia by not telling her King she is Jewish as his evil assistant wants all Jews killed, and then beautiful Esther eventually rescues her people. It is just so very wonderful. Lots of handicapped parking; we got there at 630pm and parked up close in that lot. There is a lovely lion/lamb statue in front of the theater for a great photo op. We paid $84 each for tickets, WAY LESS than Broadway, and I honestly feel this production was every bit as good, if not better, than Broadway. Has a 20 min intermission, gets out around 9:30pm. I cannot say enough about how fabulous this Sight and Sound is!!!

    Fantastic place for all ages
    Sight & Sound Theater in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is a great place to experience The Bible, God’s inerrant love story to us come alive through fantastic theatrical performances. The theater is lovely and had great acoustics. It as a spectacular place to take the family, even young grandchildren. They will be entranced by all that is going on including great music, quality performers and even live animals. It’s also a great place to take a group. Lots of places very close by for meals to make your day/evening complete and if you want to stay overnight, there is plenty to do in the Lancaster area. Anywhere from Amish farms to amusement parks and outlet shopping. I
