Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Pennsylvania, United States

3.5 (39 reviews) Spent 2-3 hours Ranking #1 in Seven Springs Ski & Snowboard Areas • Game & Entertainment Centers

Great for families, ok for couples

There was a lot to do at the resort for children. We had a good time but would not go out of our way to go there again because there were lots of kids running in the hallway and it was noisy.

    Not covid safe
Seven springs is a lovely resort. This was our first time visiting and decided skiing would be a great outdoor activity during covid. However, despite the whole contactless promises and safety measures they say are in place on their website I thought the place was not safe for persons trying to avoid covid. In order to get your ski rental equipment you had to go into an indoor area (something that is not made clear on their website). Many of the staff inside were wearing their masks below their nose or moved them aside and they were still doing the same thing when we returned our ski equipment. There was no enforcement of the mask wearing requirement inside the ski rental area-many people didn’t have masks on and were greeting indoor employees like they knew them and nothing was said. The other issue is the locker area-there was no communication on what the baskets were or the ski check and when I asked where to put our shoes the ski rental people told us to go to the locker rooms. The area was a hot mess-full of people in close proximity indoors with very little ventilation not wearing masks. Fine, I get that it is hard to enforce mask wearing in the lines to get on the lifts but the rest of this left me feeling uncomfortable and I felt like the resort could do so much more to take care of these things. We also had to use the indoor bathrooms at one point and they were not clean/being cleaned often (smelled terrible).
