Fun place- an indoor theme park with lots of water slides and tons of arcade games. 9 and 11 year olds having a blast but are probably on the older side for lots of the themed activities (kid yoga, magic). Staff has been very nice and place seems safe and well-run. Carpets throughout are dirty so bring flip flops! Beds are comfy but our room had dust bunnies and popcorn under one of the “wolf den” bunks. We got to breakfast at 7:30 (opening time) and had to wait in line for 30 min for a table... apparently they take reservations which we didn’t realize. We drove to Zapatas for Mexican food for dinner which was great - lines for dinner were too long. Overall a fun place, kids are loving it!See more..
3.5Xfinity Center(312 reviews) - Excellent venue! Arrive VERY early for easy parking! Monday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Theaters
We were there two nights in a row (Cheap Trick/Rod Stewart and Jimmy Buffet) and were impressed (as we’ve been over the years) with how they manage traffic in and out of the venue, took us no more than 10 minutes either way. YES, you must arrive early (i.e. at least 90 minutes before show time). Read they guidelines! You are only allowed a tiny clutch bag or transparent bag… you will be turned around! Prices for food and drinks are absolutely ridiculous… $47 for two margaritas! $47 for two sandwiches and a water bottle! They do allow you to bring in your own water if factory sealed. Seats are relatively comfortable. Security and other staff are helpful and attentive. There are indoor washrooms and plenty of portable potties in the parking lots and inside the venue.See more..

Nice casino. Lots of slots, but too many penny slots (unless there was a place that I missed with the higher priced slots). Lots of tables. We went on a weekend and the cheapest tables we found were 15 scattered throughout - most were 25+. Good drinks. Very clean. Bright. Nicely decorated. Beautiful grounds. Nice place to spend a local night out. Very very crowded on Friday/Saturday nights during peak. Much less crowded during day and after midnight.See more..
We stayed at MGM for one night to gamble. The room was clean, nice, and unusual. We've stayed here before with no issues. This time, we saw a homeless person sleeping on a couch in the lobby. There was also a constant skunk smell of cannabis everywhere in this place. There's not many food choices in the casino, I'd suggest the Red Rose next door. Slots are tight here, and the comps are poor. But...hey, it's a casino and you don't go to get rich.See more..

3.5Jordan's Furniture(106 reviews) - If you know what you want than Jordan’s is amazing. Speciality & Gift Shops
I love the furniture I have gotten from Jordan’s. So far I have gotten three beds with adjustable frames, coffee table, pub table, and recliner. Here is the thing, there is total junk sold at Jordan’s and also amazing quality items. People that write bad reviews based on what they buy because they didn’t research their purchases baffles me. I don’t buy anything on advice if the salesperson, I do my own research. Everything I have bought at Jordan’s is treating me amazing, and high quality. The Jordan’s experience is great with good customer service. Obviously trying to push their warranties and such. If you know what you want, like anywhere, you’ll find the experience great. If you are looking to have a salesperson furnish your home, than it’s hit or miss. But ain’t that true in most places.See more..
3.5AMC Theatres(95 reviews) - Great Movie Theatre for Braintree-Great Seating! Monday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Movie Theaters
We have been going here for the past four months, Don't know what is going on with the pricing?? Usually go here on Sundays prices varied from-$ 25.00, $18.50, to $19.50 -per couple don't know why we see movies usually between 12:00pm-2:00pm?? Great wide reclining seating awesome! Food prices standard about $5.00 for most stuff. Con:-Wish the place was bigger with more theatres, at this time there is only-(10) theatres, and could use more parking like Randolph! These theatres have been all done over and they did a great job, place used to be a dump till this re-vamp! Our go to place too see movies for now, my friend just lives right up the street easy to get too! Restaurants right around the corner, Five Guys, Legal Seafood, Ben & Jerrys, TGIF, and many more, also the Braintree Plaza down the street.See more..

3.5Seastreak(82 reviews) - Good- but beware valet parking charge Spent < 1 hour Ferries
The ferry experience is fine- easy to get to the terminal, nice terminal facility with clean bathrooms, loading procedures, smooth fast ride, quick debarking. A little pricier than the Woods Hole ferries but a nice experience. However, the thing that left a bad taste was the cost of valet parking, which I was led to believe would be lower...then i got the bill at the end. Just be aware that they charge PER DAY, so e.g. Fri-Sun is 3 days, not 2. I was led to believe that Fri to Sat was 1 day & Sat to Sun was a 2d day, but actually they count it as 3 days. So your cost can go up quickly.See more..
3.5Lupa zoo(70 reviews) - Smallish but nice Monday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Zoos
Smallish but nice. We have been coming to Lupa Zoo every other year and its very nice for smaller kids. its not a huge place with tons of municipal funding so dont expect anything extraordinary, but its nice just to get out and see some animals you would typically not get to see.See more..
3.5Topsfield Fair(66 reviews) - Nice but expensive for a family Monday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Cultural Events
The colorful and often exciting history of Topsfield Fair began in 1818 when the Essex Agricultural Society, the non-profit organization that owns the Topsfield Fair, was officially granted a charter on June 12th of that year. Topsfield Fairgrounds sits on the former Treadwell Farm property. Dr. John Goodhue Treadwell of Salem bequeathed the farm to the Agricultural Society in 1858 for the "promotion of the science of agriculture." We are connecting agriculture to you!See more..
3.5C. N. Smith Farm(62 reviews) - Safe Covid picking Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Farms
Went today, yes it is expensive but we did get a lot of apples. Things are marked arrows, social distancing. We bought our bag online and we came to pick at our schedules time. Very easy since weekday it wasnt crowded plus the time we were assigned. Good fun See more..
We only went once and stood in the lobby waiting to speak with a hostess. There was a long line but we waited with the kids long enough to hear crazy loudness coming from the dining area. Have no experience with their food...I'm sure its good because theres always a crowd.See more..
3.5West Newton Cinema(45 reviews) - A unique and nostalgic experience as always Spent 1-2 hours Movie Theaters
Good place to catch some independent films. I like it too for its uniqueness...sure it's a bit funky, long stairway down to restrooms near entrance but there are several on first floor too. Friendly down to earth staff. The building is old but unique as mentioned, it won't be there forever, which makes me appreciate it all the more. I've been going there for a long time especially to see some of the non mainstream movies they often have.See more..

Just okay. We're still waiting for the Sturbridge lodges to reopen as this hotel doesn't really offer much in the way of New England atmosphere.See more..
Booked a pedi while my family stayed at the CocoKey water park and hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I went down to book my appointment. Got one for first thing the next morning and was really happy with my "splurge". Nice to do something quiet and relaxing while we were at the water park. One of the best pedicures I have ever had. She took her time and my feet look great. Only complaint: limited color choices. But they have your standards and I didn't get the impression that they do tons of these as its mostly a fitness club. I'd definitely go back!See more..
3.5Raynham Flea Market(33 reviews) - I saw toys from my childhood that I hadn’t seen in 40 years! Monday: Flea & Street Markets
I have nothing to compare this to since it was my first flea market visit. I thought the place was rather large inside. And it’s something to do in the winter. I actually went there hoping to find some childhood toys. I felt like I was in a time warp. It was so much fun to be transported back in time. I saw stuff that I hadn’t seen in 40 years! And I went with an agenda to look for some trolls. I actually scored & found some! They also had some really old military uniforms etc. See more..
3.0Pump n' Jump(31 reviews) - Fun on a rainy day. Monday: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM Playgrounds

3.5Wollaston Beach(29 reviews) - From coarse to rocky. Beaches
I went here for a walk along the beach. Beautiful views but the 4 lane road running parallel to the beach and the walk way is disturbing. The beach as such ranging from coarse to rocky. The water quality in early August do have a high bacteria count, probably a good idea to check on the web if you are heading here for a swim.See more..
Clearly this place is very popular, as shown by some worn spots on the course, and it is very fun. Not too challenging for the little ones, but enough of a challenge for the adults, We will make this a part of every summer from now on.See more..

You will find just about u can find in any other mall they are all the same the onlything that changes is the architectural styles. I hadn't been to Pierce Beach since I was a kid (a long time ago) and I only really recall going to the playground. It was nostalgic to see the big red slide. My mom and I had been going to a different beach for many years because it was free; however, free isn't always good. We decided to try Pierce Beach. It cost us $10 because we are not Somerset residents and it was on a Saturday. It was a beautiful, summer day and I was surprised to see how quiet it was. I've read some poor reviews about this beach but I found it to be lovely! The sand is nice and it's a clean beach. I was used to going to a rocky, dirty beach. There's also a bathroom (a luxury I did not have at my former beach). They even had an ice cream truck stop by. I didn't even know they still had ice cream trucks!!! I will definitely go back next summer!See more..
Great theater. Food was a bit expensive but it comes with the territory I guess? But overall great time.See more..
3.5Lake Gardner(26 reviews) - Kayaking Bodies of Water
This was my first trip here. A great spot for a little fresh water beach time, especially for families with small children. But we were here to Kayak, and it is a good spot for leisurely lake kayaking, and up the powwow river. No admission/parking fee and easy put in at end of beach area. Entrance is off High St, and is easy to miss. Do not follow google gps, as it takes you to a dead end street with NO accessSee more..
3.0Chevalier Theatre(26 reviews) - Worth a visit, easier than getting into Boston Theaters
I was here for the first time in November for Tom Segura the comedian, and it was a decent venue. The theatre is pretty old and needless to say is that they haven't done many renovations to it. When you buy tickets for this venue you will get the benefit of being pretty close to the stage in many of the seats, but I would recommend the balcony before you get the orchestra seats toward the back. The seats are small, standard for when they were installed, so be prepared to be close with your neighbors. If you go in thinking about a classic theatre that may have lost some of it esthetics, then you'll be going in with the right mentality. Parking for the venue can be a challenge. Street parking is limited. They have a few lots that are like $30 for the show, but you can also park over near townhall and walk over. That is pretty cheap.See more..
3.5Country Club of Billerica(25 reviews) - Softball tournament lunch / golf reconnaissance Golf Courses
We stumbled across this place during my granddaughters first travel ball softball tournament of the season. I’ve found golf courses to be great places to visit during these trips since I’m always looking for new adventures in golf and there’s usually something to get to eat. Honestly snack shacks at the tournaments are okay but I personally like the country club crowd. We didn’t play golf since we didn’t have our clubs but........ while checking the place out I asked if there was a menu and a special and low and behold a 1/2 pound burger and fries for five bucks. Okay let’s see it I said and Holy Carne Asada Batman this is the real deal worthy of a road trip back for some golf. The prices are $60.00 on the weekend for 18 & a cart, it was looking real busy Saturday and $55.00 weekday 18 & a cart. They tell me it’s challenging and the back nine is tight. We’ll return to rate the golf later but the bar is nice great service and the burger was a home run. See more..
3.5Liberty Tree Mall(25 reviews) - Just what I was looking for Shopping Malls

3.5Hingham Bathing Beach(23 reviews) - It has great views of worlds end across the harbor and is a harbor beach so there is little wave action. Beaches
The water is usually a little warmer than the ocean because it is a harbor beach. The only draw back is that unless you are a sun worshiper you have to plan your time there on the tides. If you want to swim there it is a lot nicer at high tide. The sand is nice and is fairly well keptSee more..
3.5Blunt Park(22 reviews) - To the guy that wrote the 1st comment Parks
It's really not a bad area. It's known for a few things here and there but in reality it's not bad. That park is a great park but only for a few things. If you want to play baseball, softball, football, soccer, or even basketball then that's a good park to go to. I live 2 minutes away and nothing bad has ever happened. So once again to the 1st person who commented don't make any judgement calls unless you your self has actually lived there for more than 18 years. Thank you :)See more..
3.5Texas Roadhouse Danvers Bar(21 reviews) - Conference dinner Monday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Bars & Clubs This restaurant is complete chaos! We had 2 people in our party who had to have their food redone twice due to food over cooked and despite informing the waitress that they were allergic to one of the ingredients, it was still put into their meal twice. I understand that they were very busy, but there is no organization among the wait staff and it is obvious that they do not have the patience for crowds that largeSee more..
3.5Skydive South Boston(21 reviews) - One heck of an adventure Adrenaline & Extreme Tours
I jumped with Geoff and it was an amazing amazing experience! I purchased a Groupon and ordered the video and the pictures and it was a lot of fun! there were only 2 things I did not like: 1. was the airplane itself it is very old and and slow to reach jump altitude. And 2. we had to wait over two hours after our appointment before we could jump. they could have moved thw line a lot faster. otherwise I do recommend skydive South Boston.See more..
