Softball tournament lunch / golf reconnaissance
We stumbled across this place during my granddaughters first travel ball softball tournament of the season. I’ve found golf courses to be great places to visit during these trips since I’m always looking for new adventures in golf and there’s usually something to get to eat. Honestly snack shacks at the tournaments are okay but I personally like the country club crowd. We didn’t play golf since we didn’t have our clubs but........ while checking the place out I asked if there was a menu and a special and low and behold a 1/2 pound burger and fries for five bucks. Okay let’s see it I said and Holy Carne Asada Batman this is the real deal worthy of a road trip back for some golf. The prices are $60.00 on the weekend for 18 & a cart, it was looking real busy Saturday and $55.00 weekday 18 & a cart. They tell me it’s challenging and the back nine is tight. We’ll return to rate the golf later but the bar is nice great service and the burger was a home run.

Great venue for a wedding
We just had a wedding there. The staff is top notch and anticipated all our needs and even some we didn't know we needed. Brynne their wedding coordinator was very helpful and yet unobtrusive. The weather cooperated so it allowed us to have an outdoor ceremony at the gazebo which was perfect. The food ( beef and shrimp ) were served hot and tasted excellent. Service was incredible. The hall was nicely arranged and having a separate dance floor was great. The package included everything the couple needed and every vendor was helpful, on time and made the day go so well. One tip if you having an outdoor wedding there. Make sure they block off the parking spaces near the gazebo early so they don't have to go look for golfers or others nearer the wedding time. Hats off to the staff. We all had a great time.

Golf and Dining
The golf course is very nice. The pathways are a pleasant walk from hole to hole. I never feel pressure of folks waiting behind you. The Pub is a favorite for a relaxed dinner. During the warm weather the outdoor patio is a pleasant place to eat or enjoy an adult beverage.
