Great Movie Theatre for Braintree-Great Seating!

We have been going here for the past four months, Don't know what is going on with the pricing?? Usually go here on Sundays prices varied from-$ 25.00, $18.50, to $19.50 -per couple don't know why we see movies usually between 12:00pm-2:00pm?? Great wide reclining seating awesome! Food prices standard about $5.00 for most stuff. Con:-Wish the place was bigger with more theatres, at this time there is only-(10) theatres, and could use more parking like Randolph! These theatres have been all done over and they did a great job, place used to be a dump till this re-vamp! Our go to place too see movies for now, my friend just lives right up the street easy to get too! Restaurants right around the corner, Five Guys, Legal Seafood, Ben & Jerrys, TGIF, and many more, also the Braintree Plaza down the street.

    Very disappointed
    This is my go to movie theatre. Before Covid I went here every Sunday. I have an amc stubs membership. The seats are extremely comfortable. However we have had a few mishaps here that make me question why I continue to come here. The seats sometimes don’t work which I understand is not the theatre’s fault however, they don’t really have a solution if you’ve purchased that seat and it’s broken. Secondly some of the seats are completely ripped and the cup holders aren’t cleaned out and are so sticky it’s gross. Then we have the issue of people on their phones and talking during the movie. I don’t pay over 10 dollars for a ticket to not be able to watch the movie. When you complain they say oh we will send someone in. The person then comes in and then walks out. They never actually confront the person. I also on a trip here before Covid walked into the bathroom during the movie to see vomit all over the bathroom floor. I went and told an employee and they said oh. I went back into the theatre and when the movie I was watching was over I went to use the ladies room before leaving and someone was JUST cleaning up the vomit over an hour later! The bathrooms are atrocious as it is. There is constantly paper towels in the sink on the floor, unflushed toilets. The floor in the entire theatre is so sticky when I come in the summer I don’t dare wear flip flops. They also need to address people bringing infants into the theatre. I was at an R rated movie and someone took in their baby and toddler and the baby fussed the entire time and the toddler was crawling all over the seat watching a movie on their iPad! We complained and they sent someone in and told them to leave and they left and then 5 minutes later snuck back in! The person checking tickets needs to address this before they get by the doors.

    Refund policy and Customer Service Issues
    Hi, I by accidentally bought two set of tickets, because the first time around I did not receive an email, so I went ahead and bought another ticket since we were on our way. Two days later after looking at my bank account, I saw that they charged me twice. I called their customer service line and spoke to Chantelle, however they couldn't offer me a refund since its been too long... Refund policy sucks be warned
