Allison was spectacular. She took us all around the city at a great pace and taught us an incredible amount of history during the tour. This tour is a must for any first time visitors, I’d recommend doing it at the beginning of your trip, as you’ll likely leave the tour with a lot of knowledge about good places to eat/drink. Allison made sure we had several opportunities for bathroom stops as well as coffee for the cold weather, and she even followed up with an email after our tour with a list of all of her food recommendation spots. Absolutely excellent tour and guide. Mike took us from the early revolutionary days through the most iconic moments in the War to the conclusion (guess what, Britain lost).
