  1. 4.0 Logan Express (36 reviews)
    - Prompt and Efficient

    Logan Express image
We use the Logan Express from Peabody. It has proven to be a reliable and convenient transportation service from Peabody's Northshore Mall to Logan Airport. The service operates one bus every hour, and they are very good abvout keeping to schedule, depending on the sometimes unpredictable Rt1 in and out of Boston. Waiting for a return bus at Logan can be a bit aggravating, since there are Logan Express buses from other destinations, and when they appear, your hopes are raised that it is your bus. But dusappointment is often the result. They are usually right on time, however. So one does not need to hover - relax in the terminal until the arrival time nears. Drivers have all be courteous, careful, and helpful. See more..

    - Ride the Bus to the Stones Concert.
Spent More than 3 hours Bus Services
I've started a Rally bus share for the Rolling Stones concert on Sunday, 7/7/19. Round-trip from Natick to Gillette Stadium is less $$ than a ride share, has WiFi, plug-in outlets and alcohol is allowed but not in bottles. GET SATISFACTION by reclining in a luxury bus! See more..

  4. 5.0 Coach Company (1 review)
    - No issues
Spent More than 3 hours Bus Services
I used the Coach company twice, for traveling NYC-Boston and Boston-NYC. There was free Wifi, water, and AC on the bus, although the Wifi password was wrong on one of the trips (I was not planning on using it so I did not ask the driver). The seats are reasonable and recline a little bit. We arrived on time in both directions. There were minor issues, in addition to the Wifi mentioned above the lock on the bathroom door did not work in 1 direction. Booking is done through ourbus.com, and from all of the scheduled trips you can look for "coach company" in small print. The driver on one of the trips was a bit curt and made some comments about my being late even though my bag and myself were on the bus 3 minutes before the scheduled departure time. But otherwise it was overall a great experience. We boarded and disembarked from the bus expeditiously and the bus driver loads and unloads all of the bags (each customer is allowed 1 large and 1 small item). There are overhead compartments in the bus but I kept my small bag underneath the seat in front of me. I actually was planning on using Megabus but the website declined my payment and gave a "please try again" message. I tried again with the same result, and had 4 pending transactions on my CC (was booking for 2 persons), with no tickets. I confirmed the payment information both times. I then booked on the coach company, and it went through the first time, with the exact same payment information. I plan on using the coach company for NYC-boston transit in the future. Also the bus is a single level. I believe the 2-level megabuses are more dangerous in case of a crash. See more..
