A party of four people we went to The Dome experience at Konzelmann’s estate winery! Alex our host was very knowledgeable about the winery and its history! It was such a beautiful story and experience. We had tastings of six different wines which were all wonderful. Included with this wine tasting and story about the vineyard was a beautiful charcuterie board! Today the temperature was 25 degrees and we were a little concerned about being too hot in The Dome, however there was excellent ventilation and a soft breeze blowing off the lake. It was such a private experience as well as nobody could look in to see us. I would definitely recommend this experience to anybody who loves wine. We arrived at Norman Hardie for tastings and lunch. We had the pleasure of meeting Luciano who made our tastings an unforgettable experience. He was informative and educational about the wine and made the whole experience delightfully entertaining. Our group had English, French and Italian speaking and Luciano mastered all the languages without losing a beat. We enjoyed all of the wines and made a significant purchase as a result. Our tasting was led by Hollywood, who provided an excellent overview to each wine we selected along with suggestions on what food, or snack, improved the experience. The fortified wines are a must to try and buy! Topping it off that they are vegan, so great for anyone with shellfish allergies, and opens up a whole new selection of great Ontario wines. We also went to see their famous pond and spent an ample amount of time chilling in the Muskoka Chairs while basking under the sun and beside the beautiful vineyard. I got the Hands On Cooking class culinary experience as a birthday gift. My wife and I attended together. This is not my first cooking class but by far the best experience I had. The kitchen is gorgeous and super equipped. Jane the owner is lovely, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Our instructor chef Brenda was awesome, fun to work with, and so helpful. A real pro. We cooked a 4 course meal (snack, salad, mains, dessert), while chatting, learning and snacking. When meal time arrived, they were so accommodating and worked within the COVID limitations to provide a wonderful meal experience while keeping guests and staff safe! As we were staying at Huff Inn, which I would highly recommend. We visited this winery. Nice location, but we were really disappointed with 2 things: they had someone set up in a tent offering masks but they did absolutely no sanitizing of the tasting area. We waited in a line for about 20 min for our tasting and when a spot opened up they didn’t wipe the bar area down or anything. The other area we weren’t impressed with is that the young ladies who were working there were basically all wearing Lulu lemon running gear- a nice winery like this should have their staff dressed more appropriately. They were all very young staff who didn’t really talk up any of the wines and didn’t seem to interested in trying to give much information. We did order the pizza’s, which were expensive for single serving ones ($26) but they were delicious and we were able to take them back to our room and eat on our patio. The art gallery within the resort was wonderful and a great after dinner, sunset walk. See more..

the most impressive here is the stunning view sitting in the patio, from tje ridge you see the beautiful flower and vinyard, and the éncarpment at the back, while the lake in front of your eyes, and you can see CN tower at distsnce. it was lovely that my and my coleague took both lunch and came back for dinner here to try wine during our work trip. the food is nice, waitress is very nice and lovely, and the wine we tried (their pinot griggio) is very good that we drank beyond our normal and almost get drunk :). it is very relaxing to have meal in the patio. we will comeback to buy ưine at the store. A great little place for a glass of wine or just a tasting the landscaping is absolutely beautiful and the building is beautiful. The staff was great we were able to do our tasting outside which was just lovely. Our server had a great personality and knew the wines and suggested winds to purchase which were perfect. I would definitely schedule a wine tasting and not just walk in as they do get busy.. this way you’re not rushed and I also have plenty of time for a tasting. Wines are very good as well.See more..

This was an interesting stop on way through , We met Curtis and he was a wealth of knowledge and a great comedian . He took his time with us and made it an enjoyable stop , tastings were very good especially the vinegar tastings . A delightful punch in the mouth with every sip . unbelievable flavor's .. its a must try . Might not be for everyone but it was definitely worth the tripSee more..
