Easy and manageable path for all abilities. Along the waterfront and so you can watch all the comings and goings on the water, view the huge bridge than spans from the USA to Canada, watch sunsets and huge ships. Depending on the time of year you can walk through beautiful gardens by city hall. Stop into the Art Gallery if it's open. A really wonderful area of the city and a great addition along the waterfront. Bravo to SSM for having the forethought to preserve this scenic area for all to enjoy. See more..

What a great place to see in Sudbury. The path is not flat - nothing in Sudbury is : ) BUT the "hills" are not big at all. A great boardwalk what can be a very peaceful and beautiful lake. When the wind picks up or boats zoom by it's a bit noisy. There are three beaches, the main one very sandy and a great hidden gem! See more..

    - The walk where ideas happen

When I first saw this area of the beach I soon moved up here. It literally was the first place I checked out and then called a realtor. I had a quick chat with my mom about whether I should take this plunge without really taking a lot of time and I believe she whispered to me "Go Girl". A quick call to my son and boom the move was completed. I walk in this area at least every day and I feel I made the absolute best choice. Thanks for backing me up mom. It says when did I go so I popped in July but I have been here since 2015 and loving every minute of it. I truly really honestly believe it has, and the lake has influenced my art and my creative process. The walk along the shore is where I gather the majority of my ideas. See more..

    - Fabulous Sunrise on Brant Street Pier

The Brant Street Pier caught me by surprise with its beauty. Brant Street Pier is a signature destination and attraction located in Spencer Smith Park at the Waterfront at Downtown Burlington. It extends 137 metres over Lake Ontario that provides views of the lake and Burlington's shoreline. The 'S'-shaped Brant Street pier is fabulous for photo opportunities or you can just stroll along and enjoy the beauty of this place. See more..
  6. 4.5 Port of Orillia (25 reviews)
    - Wonderful boaters' experience

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained docks. Good hook-ups for hydro & water. Gated for security. Plenty of nice, private washrooms and showers are in a locked building - staff let you in, and are very vigilant about only granting access to boaters. Nice park, playgrounds, small beach. (Don't get mistake the small sandy dirt patch for the beach. Walk a tiny bit further. The beach has a small building and is maintained). Walking distance to many cute shops & great restaurants, as well as, Shopper's Drug Mart, Metro grocery store, and Global pet store, (in case you need to restock your boat). I don't think they charge for day use along the seawall. Prices for gated docks are very reasonable. See more..

I liked the Collingwood Harbor. I stood there to see boats. Wow. I like that! There were a lot of cars. We could pay for a Dragon Boat. I also looked the shops coming at the harbour. A must see! See more..
