Had a great day on a half day excursion. The staff was friendly and welcoming and very caring of the dogs. Instruction was provided and you get to spend time getting to know your team (5 dogs) before you go. They take about 4 sleds with each guide for a more intimate experience and ensure nobody falls behind. Amazing to watch and hear the dogs in action. Two people per sled so most change up driver/passenger at mid point break. Very important to dress for weather conditions. Will definitely take other family and friends for the experience.See more..

The whole experience was wonderful! As soon as you arrive, you are made welcome by the whole team. We went winter camping for my birthday through Yours Outdoors and had an amazing experience. I consulted with a few companies and I'm so glad I ended up choosing Yours Outdoors. They were very friendly, accommodating, attentive, passionate, and their prices are fair. Another different company was over charging too much for less quality. Martin Pate was an exceptional guide who is so passionate about the outdoors and educating us on everything we needed to know which made our whole experience so worth it every step of the way. Our afternoon with Chris was perfect from introduction to goodbyes. The level of professionalism and hospitality can't be beat and was well worth the spend. Chris opens car doors, provides bottled water, and umbrellas for the rainy day. You can tell that Chris has a personal relationship with the wineries, cideries, breweries, and distilleries because everyone knows him by name and we feel like VIPs. He knows which samples are worth tasting, and can tell the story of each. Spending an afternoon with Chris made us feel like family because he will happily share his stories. Booked the Tobermory Wave a few days before we visited Tobermory and as it turns out, we were so glad we did. It’s a smaller vessel compared to their completion and that allows for a totally different tour. The guide was very pleasant and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the area. The captain/owner did a fantastic job of getting us in close on all the stops along the tour allowing for the best photos possible. The boat has padded seats too! I highly recommend this tour if you want to see flowerpot island, the grotto and all the really spectacular rock and cave formations along the shores of Georgian Bay.See more..
Rented a canoe from driftwood paddle for a long weekend adventure. Chris welcomed us with a load of enthusiasm and was extremely helpful getting us setup and providing recommendations about our destination. That’s to his input, we ended up getting an incredible campsite. I would HIGHLY recommend using driftwood paddle - I certainly will be using their services again. Next time I’ll make use of the ping pong table before dropping in the canoe!See more..
My friend and I had a very nice time in Algonquin Park during our reading week! The guide was very, very friendly and taught us a lot about canoeing and Canadian wildlife. We went to see beaver dams, the sunrise, sunset, and the moon rise. On the third day, we also saw a beautiful male moose with antlers right next to our campsite. We also fed gray jays and chipmunks right from our hands and the food we had every day was really incredible. The only thing you should really know is that there is no real toilet, shower, electricity, and mobile service at the campsite.See more..

We had an absolutely fantastic day! The Paris Beer Co. was wonderful and Ben at the Hotel was the most generous host. He took us on a tour of the hotel to see a couple of the themed rooms and the private bar in the basement…. and the event space across the street, that overlooks the river. The Paris Bohemian Gallery was an outstanding starting point for the tour. Kudos to Katherine Pickering the owner for setting the scene and packaging our Gallery purchases. For a Christmas present to my family I took them snowmobiling at cottage country tours. I got 2 groupons for 2 people each at $218 total for the four ofus. A pretty damn good deal I'd say. At first I had booked us at an 11am time slot, due to the weirdness of the groupon mobile website it only booked me for the one. Not a problem, even though they were very busy, they still managed to fit us all in that same day at 3pm. Once we arrived we were told to choose our helmets and borrow any equipment we needed (they have extra mittens, boots, snowpants, you name it!). We were given pretty solid instructions and off we went. Gaining speed gradually as we became more comfortable with the controls. Our team was pretty slow, so at the end he took my sister and I (the fast ones) on a bit of a detour and let us really gun it! Very friendly staff (bonus points for an amazingly cute and friendly dog) 10/10 would recommend. See more..

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The captain's family has been in the area for generations and he shared a lot of interesting history, native folklore and current day goings on in the area. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon and a history lesson about the area. We were there on a very hot and sunny day and were thankful for the lower deck to catch some shade occasionally while still enjoying the view and commentary. Great place for ice fishing. Close to Toronto. Minutes off from the 404. My son had a great time. If you have an SUV with winter tires equipped you can drive onto the lake yourself or they have snowmobiles to take your party over to the huts. My wife and I went to Mad Rivers beautiful new location in Calabogie right on the Madawaska River. The staff (Kevin, Sherri, Tana) were very helpful and outfitted us and others with kayaks and helped us get in and sent us off. We had a nice trip on the lake and into Grassy Bay. They have a big selection of kayaks and SUPs to rent and for sale and snacks, drinks and merchandise inside their cabin. They have ebikes too which looked like a lot of fun on the trail system up there. The K&P rail trail is about 100 metres away. Great service, fun and adventure. I highly recommend trying this out.See more..

We spent a day on the e-bikes and were able to see a lot more of this beautiful area with the added assistance! The bikes were comfortable and the power assist made it a very enjoyable ride. The hills in the area can be challenging but a little help from the e-bike made it as easy (or as hard) as we wanted. Excellent service from Deanne and her staff! They made sure we understood the easy operation of the bike as well as checked us for proper fit. Highly recommend OVA for a great experience seeing this gorgeous area!See more..
Wow! What an experience. It was my first time and it was great. The rides are amazing. But be prepared for long wait times for the really big ones but they are worth trying it out. My recommendation is to get the fast pass so you don't have to wait in line. However the food within wonderland is a bit expensive but I'm not surprised. All together, it was a great time and definitely worth going.See more..
