   Gave my son 14 a Birthday party...I rented the VIP room and diamond package...inclued 10 jumpers all for 505.00 dollars..well when arrived we had extra jump which is yet a bigger fee had to add on more pizza which I'm glad I did cause they didn't cover the jumpers like they said they would..so more money oh yes and with your package you get a person is to stay with you to serve get what was needed..well that didn't work considering I had to have someone chase her down to get more pop ..to go get the salad we order and we ended up serving our self cause she disappeared...when it was cake time we had to cut it cause she forgot the icecream oh they got it after the cake was gone..so in the end it ran me another 459.00 which brought my total over 900.00 dollars...each jumpers cost 28.00 dollar you think they'd give a little bit of a discount..hell no...oh they didn give us free water...WOW...Nerver again could of went to cedar point cheaper... oh and my room sited 32 well no it didnt...    Booked with the company over 2 years ago. Supposed to get married in 2020 postponed to October 2, 2021. Just 2 weeks before our wedding they called and said they had to cancel because of insurance prices going up over 20% and they cannot afford that. They stated they were pulling anything in their fleet that seated over 10 passengers. But yet when I called yesterday as an announmous person they stated they had a 34 passenger bus available on our date but they wanted to charge over double of our original contract. **They lied to us stating they pulled anything seating over 10 passengers and instead of telling us upfront we either have to cancel with you or charge you an additional $1,000.** See more..

   Both times, I ordered through grub hub but the problems weren't from grub hub, they were from Auggie's itself. The first time, my burger was cooked well instead of medium as I requested. I mean it was cooked REALLY well! It was dry and they didn't get the toppings right. As for their 1/2 lb order of fries...forget it! They barely covered the bottom of the box they were in WITH my burger!! DEFINITELY NOT 1/2 lb! And the fries were limp and soggy. I wasn't going to try them again but my daughter suggested it so I ordered just a plain cheeseburger. They can't mess that up, right? And I ordered the onion rings. Well, whoever typed in the order at Augie's messed the order up. Go figure! I never got my burger because they forgot to type it in. My $4.00 onion rings came in a box with my granddaughters burger and there were only 4 onion rings. We were told that's normal for that size order "because they're big". The only problem was, they were NOT big!! Bennigans onion rings are big and worth $1.00 a piece...not Auggies!!! I told my daughter "never again"! They DON'T get a third chance!     Micala Cochran took $85 of my money and cancelled the tour. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR MONEY!!! She promised a refund and to date she has not issued me back my money. Finally she has set new tours up! And she is still in business! We were at the pickup point in Southfield, Michigan. There were 3 busloads of us and the buses were a NO SHOW!     This place left a bad taste in our mouth and made us feel shunned for only wanting 2 donuts total. We were half dozen shamed but we didn’t want a half dozen donuts at all. It wasn’t even about the price this was our 6th cider mill stop on our progressive cider mill donut date today. They wouldn’t let us get any thing less than half a dozen donuts. Even if they had charged us $1.50 per donut. We only wanted one or two donuts at most. What made it even worse and turned us off big time was a small cup of cider here is $3, for a small cup of cider. Seriously? That’s highway robbery. We decided not to get any thing at all since this is our sixth Cidermill today. This is the most expensive an outrageously overpriced orchard we’ve been to today. It’s not worth the money. Even the higher end and this is not one by any stretch of the image and other Orchard Mills sell cider and donuts for less than this place. If this place had any business sense, they could’ve sold us two donuts at least for two for two bucks or even three dollars. Not the brightest folks here.     We visited this children's play place this past week and were not impressed. The facility is quite large and there is a lot of potential here for a great business. It is far from great. The floor is littered with trash - wrappers, crumbs, dirt, etc. The toys are either dirty or broken or both. I'm actually surprised it's still open. Usually when places like this are so dirty, they don't last too long. I'll be surprised if it's open a year from now. See more..

    Worst run business I’ve seen. Dirty and smells in there. Beyond that, you call to make reservations and usually never hear from them. When you’re lucky enough to talk with one of their rude staff, you get bumped from your time slot in favor of a group with more money. Dishman only cares about the bank acct. not the people trying to get better using his facility as he claims. Only a few of his “coaches” are truly helpful, the rest are just people filling a role to get your $$. The true coaches only work with prodigy athletes at a high price, Dishman then takes all the credit for the athletes own driven progress. Facility more than not is over half empty. All these teams they claim use facility are never there. Yes, I have used facility a few times, always the same. Trash. Bottom line, try to get elsewhere for off season/training facilities.
