Not much to see

The Coldwater State Park is little more than a farmers field. If you walk a half mile you can look at the lake but that the end of the excitement.

    This is NOT a State Park--just state land
    Passed by it. Twice. Not what I expected. But we got out of the car anyway. My husband picked up three ticks as we took our dogs for a short jaunt down the deer path that led to a wooded area. We thought we might see the lake from there. Nope. The whole experience kind-of reminded me of a Brad Paisley song.
