This was my first time painting at Painting with a Twist. Took a lot of arm-twisting to get me in there because I do not have a creative bone in body. Well, it didn't matter. I am hooked. My class was fun and the instructor was great. She took all of us through the painting, step-by-step. This isn't a stuffy art environment. In fact, their claim to fame is that it's FUN art, not fine art, lol. So true. Music and games are played during breaks. It's really relaxing. It's also a BYOB studio. You bring the drinks and snacks....they take care of the rest. I plan on going back once a month. My treat to myself. And the best thing is you can come alone or with any number of people.....and leave an artist. Try it. You won't regret it!See more..

They had sold out the weekend before. We had to wait in line but the wait wasn't long. You gather your supplies and go to a work table, They provide aprons and gloves...and you paint, stencil, nail, glue and attach your bow. It was a fun 1 1/2 hrs! Cost was ok too- $20. They have a large supply of wood crafts to choose in their studio but this was a special event. You can book group events with them also...See more..

Wish I could give more stars! Came here using a Groupon from my sis-in-law for my daughters' birthdays. From the start, every session was good. The same girl was there each time, and she's fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, super adorable, and always working hard. There are tons of things for kids to do from painting, to bounce houses (bring socks to guarantee playing on them), to building blocks. They also sell candy, handcrafted shoes, etc. They seem to always have birthday parties, so get yours booked quick. They have several different themes, and a large candy buffet table you can order for $175 I think. You can do paint and play for $25, just paint for $15, or just play for $10. It's in the plaza with a wedding planner I believe and it's free shared parking for the whole plaza. They also have two private bathrooms, and coat racks by the door.See more..

Our visit was in November, so the most popular pottery pieces were various Christmas tree ornaments. The three year old in our group chose a decorated door, the five year olds selected trees, and some of the older adults opted for the relatively simple stocking!
