4.0Detroit Downtown(480 reviews) - Detroit in all is glory past, present, and future! Neighborhoods
Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was shopping in the Gaslight District with a friend and were so glad we went to Cutler’s. We ended up buying AllClad cookware and got a great product at a great price. My husband and I are building a new home in Venice, Florida and I’ll be sure to purchase kitchen and unique decor items from Cutler’s.See more..
4.5Campus Martius Park(315 reviews) - A View of the Future Sunday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM Neighborhoods • Points of Interest & Landmarks • Architectural Buildings
Campus Martius Park is a great place to visit whether during a festival or event or just to take time and have lunch or sit with friends and talk. We especially like going ice skating there during the winter months. Whether during the day or in the evening the place is decorated in a lively and holiday fashion. The lines to rent ice skates usually move along quickly. It's a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors and get some exercise at the same time. From a historical point of view this crossroads has had its share of historical events which include the mustering of Union Troops, having them sign up and ship off to the east during the Civil War. There is a large monument commemorating the end of the Civil War and celebrating the heroes in all the departments of the military. It is quite impressive and should not be missed. It is one of those places that gives an immediate connection to the past while making room for a view of the future.See more..

4.5Old Town(148 reviews) - Up and Coming Neighborhoods
I heard mention of this place and decided it was worth a visit. Parking was rather easy. I spent a couple of hours walking around enjoying the old buildings and the eclectic atmosphere. It appeared that in the past this place was maybe on the skids but it is making a definite come-back. There are a lot of things to do in such a small area: The River Trail, the Brenke Fish Ladder (which is on the trail), Arctic Corner Ice Cream Stand, Golden Harvest Restaurant, Turner-Dodge House, lots of antique stores, gift shops, yoga, bars, cafes, all in cool old buildingsSee more..
Truly a pleasant walk looking at homes. Very nice and diverse architecture to be found. The walk took about 1/2 hr excluding taking pictures. It’s mostly flat. It took a while to find an area to walk when I saw this sign with the map. It highlights many historic plaques homes and at least one FLW.See more..
