Stayed here and enjoyed the water park with our grandkid. Rooms were very clean. A little worn from use, but comfortable. The water park was fun. Well attended with lifeguards. It was midweek, so it wasn't busy. We had a blast for a couple of hours there See more..

4.0Waterford Oaks Waterpark(53 reviews) - A Full Family Park Monday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Water Parks
The Oakland County park offers a wide variety of activities for the whole family. While all family members would enjoy the waterpark amenities, they would also appreciate the many paved and unpaved trails that are groomed. In addition, there are volleyball and platform tennis courts, horseshoe pits, a sledding hill that all members could participate in. In particular, children would enjoy a climbing playground, a BMX track and swings.See more..
I’ve lived near this park for my entire life. We used to enjoy going to the water park, but now it seems like a zoo (maybe I’ve just outgrown it). That being said, the rest of the park is BEAUTIFUL. You can take a walk with your dog, play frisbee golf, snowshoe, etc. I enjoy going there all year long! See more..
4.0Red Oaks Waterpark(36 reviews) - Go during the week, or on a weekday Monday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Water Parks
If you do not have time to zip away to a waterpark, this is a viable alternative. I would recommend getting there a few minutes before they open so you get a spot in the shade (if you are near the splash zone. The price drops after 4, so, it becomes very crowded. The lazy river is very cool as well. The wave pool and the waterslides are still there as well. You can also bring in coolers and outside food. I left to go get get some pizza and brought it back in. Oakland county residents receive a discount as well.See more..

4.5Troy Family Aquatic Center(25 reviews) - Friendly, convenient fine facility. Spent 1-2 hours Water Parks We had a family membership for a few years. Suited us just fine for swimming, jacuzzi, and others sports.See more..
I took my two kids, 11 and 8 years old, to Turtle Cove yesterday for a fun end-of-summer activity. We arrived about 10 minutes before it opened and had our choice of parking spots. Also, because we were there early, we were able to find a beach chair to put our towels on. We were able to go on the waterslides as many times as we wanted, then took a break to go on the lazy river. Overall, we were at the park from 11am (opening time) until 2pm, and that was the perfect amount of time. Seemed like a rowdier crowd (maybe just more teens?) arrived after 1pm, but we had a great time and never waited longer than 5 minutes for either waterslide. The place was clean (including the bathrooms!) and the staff was friendly and accomodating.See more..

My family and I had a great time and I felt like it was very clean. The only issue is they only allow water down by the beach area and you cannot bring your own food in. The food truck options were junk food only.See more..
3.5Jump Island(11 reviews) - Fun water experience Water Parks
I took my daughter (age 11) to jump island a couple of times. Ticket prices are average for the amount of time. You do need some upper body strength to get up onto any of the “island” structures, some were still impossible to even get onto, may not be suitable for younger ages.See more..
5.0Blue Heron Bay Splash Park(3 reviews) - Prrfectplace to cool off with little ones!! Water Parks We went to the splash park with our 5 year old and 15 month old--both had an AMAZING time! The toddler area had a canopy over it so I didn't have to worry about the baby getting too hot in the son. My 5 year old was just tall enough to ride down the 2 larger water slides by himself. We were there for 3 hours and could easily have been there longer if the little one wasn't ready for a nap! You are not allowed to being outside food or beverages, however I do believe water is the exception-as we walked right in with water bottles and sippy cups. However, you can leave the park, get a stamp, and then eat lunch on a the grassy part right near the entrance which is what we did. We will definitely be going back to this hidden jem soon!!!!See more..
