Fun summer day!
I took my two kids, 11 and 8 years old, to Turtle Cove yesterday for a fun end-of-summer activity. We arrived about 10 minutes before it opened and had our choice of parking spots. Also, because we were there early, we were able to find a beach chair to put our towels on. We were able to go on the waterslides as many times as we wanted, then took a break to go on the lazy river. Overall, we were at the park from 11am (opening time) until 2pm, and that was the perfect amount of time. Seemed like a rowdier crowd (maybe just more teens?) arrived after 1pm, but we had a great time and never waited longer than 5 minutes for either waterslide. The place was clean (including the bathrooms!) and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Large group visited this outdoor waterpark. At $10/person it was very reasonably priced. Beautiful site with lots of picnic areas. Nice to be able to go in and out of park for eating purposes! Definitely recommend!

Lots of fun for whole family
This is a very clean waterpark with a zero entry pool, a deep end pool with diving board, lazy river, 2 water slides, and a splash pad. Lots of chairs and umbrellas for shade, although you want to get there early to get a spot because it gets very crowded. You cannot bring in your own floaties (life jackets only are allowed, and there are some already in the pool to use). I don't think you can bring in your own cooler, but you can bring in food and drinks. Overall, we had a fun time and a good experience. It is also an extra fee to get into the water park, on top of the entrance into the metro park.
