    We had a wonderful time on our sunset flight on August 9, 2022! Our captain, Bill, was experienced and friendly. The landing was so smooth! Our chase team was skilled and fun, and even offered recommendations of where to eat in the area. The champagne toast at the end is a wonderful tradition and we loved learning the history about it. The crew make safety their number one priority, so we did need to reschedule one time due to winds. This is to be expected when booking a hot air balloon ride. The staff was really helpful in rescheduling, and it was totally worthwhile! We would love to take another balloon ride with Balloon Quest in the future. See more..

    We just came back home after taking a balloon ride, and it was great. We happened to land in a field of wildflowers that we chanced upon, and luckily, the field had a wide path which had been mowed. We actually landed on the path, which was wonderful, so we didn't have to walk through tall grass (which may have had ticks). It was a very soft landing. The entire flight (takeoff and landing) was gentle - our pilot was Richard, who pointed out some interesting landmarks along the way.     Not surpassingly with Michigan weather, we had to reschedule a few times but the pilot/owner was excellent in communicating and giving us some flexibility options to get our flight in. It was worth the wait! We enjoyed watching the process of the balloon getting set up and our Sunday morning flight was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t believe how smooth and peaceful it was. The whole team at Michigan Hot Air Adventure were fantastic and I will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone for a hot air balloon flight. See more..
