This is a combination marina, very small beach, and pier. I only used the pier portion, and you do get a great view of a lighthouse and Lake Huron. It’s kept up very well- the concrete portions were apparently redone in 1979 but they are well maintained- ample raining and no broken concrete.See more..
We had gone for an afternoon drive and desided to stop along the Lake Front. We were able to get down to the waterfront and look at all the beautiful boats anchored at the Marina. The Manistee Municipal marina is top notch. While the river experienced a rare seiche in April which took out a number of docks, the marina is open for business. All new docks are expected to be complete by next spring. The ammentities building is very nice and still has that new smell. Best of all, Laura, a harbor master, is beyond compare in assisting with dockage, local information, and being on top of her game. The town of Manistee also offers a historic, yet fully functional downtown and history galore. This is a can't miss place by boat or by car. We will be back!See more..

Drove by one afternoon and knew I had to turn back around. This park is adorable. It has a full parking lot with a driveway to the marina back behind. Fully paved sidewalk. It has some benches, a portapottee, bike parking, and nice spots to take photos. It's a must see if you like quiet, pretty, peaceful settings to read a book or enjoy the scenery. See more..
