My 4 year old had a blast riding the tractor taxi haha, playing on the playground, and feeding the farm animals. A tall waterfall – at Hole #5 – flows into a stream that runs along the center of most of the course. The putting surfaces were clean and in great condition, along with benches [seating] at nearly every tee box. Several interesting holes include: Hole #12 has two tiers, with the hole on the upper tier located directly in front of a tiny pond. Hole #18 is cut into a hill near the parking lot. Hit the ball fairly hard to traverse the steep curve. Having played at dozens of miniature golf courses throughout Michigan, this one has proven to be one of the best…as well as quite challenging. I found this place to be well-staffed, friendly and just a hidden gem to be quite honest and direct. We sipped on coffee, purchased drink boxes and milk for the kids and sat in comfy leather couches. We have been to these style of facilities before, but we like the smaller quaint style of this location a lot more then the oversized germ factories we are used to in out of state. PROS: clean, good viewing area to see the kids, organized way to store shoes and coats, lots of sanitizer and wipes available. Relaxing! CONS: rugs on concrete floors in parent viewing area were shifting around when patrons walked and I saw 2 separate instances where kids slipped and fell pretty hard. Maybe a non-slip rug runner underneath would be helpful? Overall... Totally recommend as we had a great time.See more..

Visited Detroit Kid City with our 2-1/2 year old and 9-month old grandchildren. It is a wonderful educational indoor play cafe. It is set up like a town where children can do just about anything they want with all the kid-size town adventures. Play garb was available - firefighter hats/coats, chef hats/coats, postal employee hat/shirt/bag, grocery store items, music shop, bank, etc. The older child loved delivering mail at each of the mailboxes throughout the town. She also really loved making food at the kid-sized kitchen. They offer coffee and other drinks for the adults while the children play. This would be a great place for a birthday party or field day.
