Great place for kids!
I have been here for school field trips and kids birthday parties. It has been a lot of fun! It is well organized and safe. Kids have a lot of fun! I highly recommend for groups with a lot of kids!

Good place for kids birthday celebration
Service is good...the facilities are acceptable. My kids and their friends enjoyed the party. I made the reservation one month in advance, it worked pretty well

Too expensive
Although my son had a good time, the inflatables area smells like feet. They need a beater way to air out and clean out the area. Also, I paid $250+ for his birthday party, we didn’t have a dedicated host so I had to run around and flag down someone to hand out favors that they said they’d handle, also start and explain the additional games I paid for, his birthday party room wasn’t ready when the kids came in. I had to track down my balloons that were left in the lobby, I had to prep and set up the cake, I took down all the birthday gift thank you list names, and then I had to close the party down. All of the things I listed above are supposed to be taken care of by the facility staff. It’s written in the brochure and the contract. The staff that was available were very young so I think it’s lack of experience that caused the problem. They were nice to us but not available and organized enough to provide the service I paid for. I won’t be back.
