We headed over Hoops as we thought the happy hour lasted till seven but found out it only lasted to six but as we were there and Jillian was so pleasant we ordered drinks and then dinner all of which was very good. We played Fieldstone last week and had a great time. The course was made tough by a two club wind but it did not affect our great day of golf. The course was busy so the pace was slow but the greens and course was in great shape. The pro shop gave us the July 1st Canada Day special which was nice because with the exchange on the dollar golf can be expensive. I would recommend this course for all players because it has multiple tees and lots of challenge. See more..

I come here pretty regularly to walk in the woods on my lunch break as a way to de-stress from my work day. The trails are pretty well maintained, and even though this little nature center is right in the middle of the city, it's always quiet and peaceful. I hardly ever come across anybody else so it usually seems like I have the place to myself. I've seen lots of deer and other wildlife out there.
