    Very fun but expensive!
We took my son to a birthday party at Defy. He had a ton of fun. They have large and small rooms available for parties. It was crazy busy. Make sure you ask for timing details when booking for parties. They want to organize and arrange the party according to thier schedule. The kids and some parents had a great time!

But tickets online if they are busy!
Warning - if they are busy, purchase your tickets online! Do not wait in the counter ticket sales line. We learned this the hard way. They were extremely busy (Sun at 2pm). There are two lines when you arrive. One line for online ticket check ins, and one line for at the counter ticket purchases. Company Policy states they are to exhaust all people in the online ticket line, before they will take anyone in the counter purchase ticket line. This is not signed or noted anywhere, however. After waiting over 30 minutes in the counter ticket purchase line, the manager walked over and told us it would be best to purchase our tickets while standing in line through our phones, then move to the back of the online ticket line and wait our turn. Again. Even though we were literally the next family set to purchase at the counter, as the online ticket check in line had suddenly filled in with 20-30 people, they would take all of them, before they would help us. Had this been apparent or signed anywhere when we walked in, we could have saved ourselves a ton of time, boatloads of tears from our kids, and a ton of frustration.
