    This is a very well organized and run place. All the employees there are kind and knowledgeable. It was the best experience. They all made me feel more at ease knowing as a first time skydiver I was very nervous. They knew what to say and do to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. My tandem instructor, Dominique was the best and I ten out of ten recommend him. The video package is well worth the extra money and make sure to ask for Hailey she is top notch.     Bought this racing package for my husbands birthday gift. He was apprehensive at first, but after he took the ride along he was super pumped to drive. When he got out of the car his smile said it all! I haven't seen him that excited since the birth of the kids! He's been talking about this experience non-stop since October 11, 2014. He shows everyone the video! What an awesome day he had! Thank you for providing such joy to my husband! Now I want to send him again, this time with the boys, age 24 and 35!     June 2022: Great company to deal with. Staff was super friendly and helpful (Thanks Libby & Mindy). Reservations were easy to make. They answered the phone quickly when I called with a question. Excellent Polaris machines (I rented the 2 seaters) as well as protective gear. Machines were very clean and basically brand new. They start you off with a full tank of gas which should last you a full day. Took us through a safety and equipment review before we left. I felt the rental cost was in line with the equipment provided. I was concerned about the coolant level in my machine on the second day of my rental and they sent a mechanic to me to check it out. They even extended my return time to compensate for the time lost. Found the shoulder seat belt uncomfortable while riding so I ended putting a small towel between it and my shoulder. Also consider a dust mask for your nose and mouth. Highly recommend Bigfoot Epic Adventures and I will not hesitate to rent from them again! See more..
