    Micala Cochran took $85 of my money and cancelled the tour. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR MONEY!!! She promised a refund and to date she has not issued me back my money. Finally she has set new tours up! And she is still in business! We were at the pickup point in Southfield, Michigan. There were 3 busloads of us and the buses were a NO SHOW!     Booked with the company over 2 years ago. Supposed to get married in 2020 postponed to October 2, 2021. Just 2 weeks before our wedding they called and said they had to cancel because of insurance prices going up over 20% and they cannot afford that. They stated they were pulling anything in their fleet that seated over 10 passengers. But yet when I called yesterday as an announmous person they stated they had a 34 passenger bus available on our date but they wanted to charge over double of our original contract. **They lied to us stating they pulled anything seating over 10 passengers and instead of telling us upfront we either have to cancel with you or charge you an additional $1,000.** See more..

    The staff was nice. We were told to kayak the inland area due to heavy boat traffic, however the inland lake area is covered with lily pads and weeds. Was very hard to push through it was so thick. We took our chance and kayaked to the beach, heavier traffic for sure but less lake sludge. The kayaks were sub par, they are the very cheap ones with drain holes in the bottom. We sat in lake sludge our entire trip, was very concerning the amount of garbage cans and debris in the lake as well as the foam, looked like pollution coming up into the kayak while we were paddling. We did ask for different kayaks, we are used to not having to sit in the water while kayaking, and was told that this is standard for kayaking. See more..
