Great JETSKI rentals
Our family of 5 rented 3 jet skis for 90 minutes during the first week of August. We all had a BLAST! We had 3 drivers over 18 + 2 other teen passengers. We got bumped from a Tuesday reservation because of high waves and were able to reschedule for Friday. Thankfully, Friday was such a beautiful morning with calm seas. 90 minutes was plenty of time for our family to have lots of thrills up and down the coast. (8-10 minute “no wake” drive each way in/out of Marina). The marina did a great job making online registration easy, outdoor registration table was really excellent for Safe/ COVID compliance. Pier personnel / instructors weren’t masked during our visit.

Safety and Fun during COVID and beyond
Very easy online reservation process. Received a call day before rental that it was too rough for jet skis and told I could receive full refund or reschedule. The latter worked fine for us so we pushed it one day. On our way to the marina for new time slot we received a very professional phone call informing us that an employee had tested positive for COVID and was quarantined at home. All other employees had been tested and for those whose results had come back they were negative. She went on to share they had moved the entire orientation and intake process outside and all employees were now masked and being doubly sure to sanitize everything. After that she shared they would gladly refund us 100% if we were at all uncomfortable with continuing to rent. We decided to see the process in person before we decided. When we arrived we were offered surgical gloves if we wished by two mask wearing attendees. The intake process was gloves, signature and life vest and it was very clear they were taking all the precautions necessary to keep us safe. Although in a high risk category, we felt safe and continued out to the jet skis where Michael gave us formal instructions (at as safe a distance as possible for such a thing) and off we went. The equipment functioned flawlessly and the experience was fabulous. We returned after our 90 minute rental and the drop off process was equally as safe and simple. There were a couple of employees that were not wearing masks out on the dock and that we felt should be addressed but overall, we were very pleased with the experience and professionalism from top to bottom. Except for the two of the two gents on the dock not wearing mask, it was a perfect day!
