Fun place for children but disappointments all along the way.
A room was booked for my grandson's 3rd birthday. Extended family was invited to celebrate his day. As the grandma I was excited to get in the hot tub. The minute we walked in the room and put some things in the small fridge the door fell off when we opened it. No big deal we were here for the kids. The waterpark was nice, maybe a bit chilly but the baby pool was warmer. We were told the hot tub was broken. Bummer. We then went to dinner and the waitress was less than friendly. Food came out for the 6 of us at different temperatures and a long wait for a grilled chesse. We made our concerns known and were told there was ice cream for the kids!! Oh wait we are out of vanilla ice cream. One of my son's became violently ill later in the evening, tossing his cookies. While his children were excited to go back to the park the next morning to swim he had to break the news he was not feeling well and they were leaving early. Of course the kids were upset and tearful. I made my way to the check in desk to speak with a manager but was told there was not one in the house, In fairness it was 7:15 am. I told the young girl my concerns and was told they have been waiting for a part for the hot tub for several weeks now. Though she was sweet and apologized for the issues we experienced I would not recommend this park. It was but by the grace of God we kept our cool and had fun as a family anyway.

Not worth the overnight cost!
I would rate lower with the exception of my kids really enjoying the water park. The hot tub was still not working. Not enough table and chairs for all the families to feel comfortable lounging. The water in the tree house area and lazy river/tubing area was waaaay too cold. The room is outdated. No microwave in our room, staff did not give any WiFi login info and it just seemed like it was run by a bunch of tired college kids. Restaurant where continental breakfast was served is very dirty and outdated. Looked like it hadn’t had a good scrub down since it opened. The buffet was not well laid out - plates and silverware hidden by cereal area when hot food was on an opposite table. Food was subpar. Overall, not worth staying overnight for the cost of staying less than 24 hours.
