TRIED TWICE AND DONT RECOMMEND
Both times, I ordered through grub hub but the problems weren't from grub hub, they were from Auggie's itself. The first time, my burger was cooked well instead of medium as I requested. I mean it was cooked REALLY well! It was dry and they didn't get the toppings right. As for their 1/2 lb order of fries...forget it! They barely covered the bottom of the box they were in WITH my burger!! DEFINITELY NOT 1/2 lb! And the fries were limp and soggy. I wasn't going to try them again but my daughter suggested it so I ordered just a plain cheeseburger. They can't mess that up, right? And I ordered the onion rings. Well, whoever typed in the order at Augie's messed the order up. Go figure! I never got my burger because they forgot to type it in. My $4.00 onion rings came in a box with my granddaughters burger and there were only 4 onion rings. We were told that's normal for that size order "because they're big". The only problem was, they were NOT big!! Bennigans onion rings are big and worth $1.00 a piece...not Auggies!!! I told my daughter "never again"! They DON'T get a third chance! They get this review instead.
